Gurbani Vocabulary + Complete Katha Of Sggsji

Wanted to start Sahej Path, but felt it would be better to start with common vocabulary used in Gurbani and listen to full katha of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Does sangat have any suggestions or links for favorite full katha or the best source to memorize Gurbani meanings.

A while back I tried to listen to Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale's recorded katha but some portions were not 100% clear. Does sant Singh Ji Maskeen have a recording?

Thanks for suggestion veerji, but Giani JI's katha seems way over the top for me to understand.

Was looking for something more easier to understand like Sant Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwale or Sant Singh Ji Maskeen's katha. I am trying to listen to Sant Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwale's audio recording on GurmatVeechar.com again. Wish the quality was a bit better, but am still appreciative that it's there.

Veerji, Sant Gurbachan Singh Jee's Katha is excellent choice. Good thing about Sant Jee's Katha is that he didn't beat around the bush but went direct to the point. One can listen to it while in their car, or download it on their phone and listen to it. It's also a good idea to read a steek while at home to let it sink in, this is what I did a few years ago. Study one Pauri per day while also listening to the Kathas.

Start with Japji Sahib. Another method I have used previously is to study the daily hukamnama from Darbar Sahib. Study the meaning of every tukh and every word until you get the understanding of the Shabad. This will greatly enhance your Gurbani vocabulary too. It only takes like 15-20 minutes to study daily, the longer the better. Then if you have a family member at home, discuss the daily hukamnama with them almost like you are explaining to them like a Kathakar. This will benefit your family and you.
