Does anybody has any link which helps out understanding the detailed charges against too many Singhs charged just for Beant Singh assasination?

I can see somewhere there was a consiparcy and a group might had been involved, but there is a Police/CBI investigation report available online?

I am just surprised, 1 Beant Singh along with 17 killed - so many people ordered by Indian courts to be hanged to death, and so many Singhs on life terms.

30,000+ Sikhs murdered by Indian Govt. in Nov. 1984, not even a single person ordered by Indian courts to be

hanged to death, and how many on life sentences? Of course, a consiparcy was there? Surprising, CBI has no evidences for this conspiracy?
