He is same jathedar who dared to go to Taksal headquarters at Mehta chowk on June 6,2013 in contrary to wishes of SGPC chief.

Why are we so keen on squeeze "credit" where it's due out of a dry lemon? Overall picture is clear that we have a laalchi puppet jathedar. I don't believe in the concept of lesser of two evils for our Sikh Panth. In politics Akali Dal (B) is lesser of evils given opponent is congress but that is a separate issue.

You cann't have a complete independent minded jathedar because the system is shackled. Let it be known each one of us as this position is under SGPC which is now a bureaucratic organization.

We had vedanti before him who became very greedy and had alliance with anti panthic groups as of sarnas. Such people can do more harm than those who have some genuine feelings for sikhi.

This jathedar is not perfect as he caves in to pressure at times.But on certain occasions he took a pro sikhi stand.In case of death of Bhai Jaspal singh, he wanted police chief to be trasnferred and he even threatened to resign in case it is not done.

In the present case of memorial, it is his stand that made SGPC to take a back seat.Just because he supported taksal in case of memorial, they are thinking to replace him with vedanti.Vedanti is known for anti panthic stand of late.he is still issuing Pal purewal's calendar at instance of Sarna and dummy AGPC led by pritpal.

Let us realize that you just cann't bulldoze the system in place by force or by writing abrasive posts. It can only take place by educating public. We do not want our maryada to be changed by likes of Sarna and ragi darshan henchmen. That is the main issue and not politics. Our concern should be religion and preservation of our traditions and we do not want a missionary like jagtar jachak to be a jathedar.He is a favorite of makkar.
