Going Raw Vegan - Would You Like To Join Me

Singh12345.... not so hard , see my current diet below

Sure neo feel free to feed on yourself ...or by that argument any other animal .... would be raw but wont be vegan for sure ...

Here is another video for motivation

My diet -

Morning - Oatmeal with blueberries (soaked overnight ) ,

Afternoon - sprout salad (moong dal sprouts with tomatoes/onion/cucumbers/zucchinni.......)

Evening - vegetable smoothie , one mango

peanuts with raisins

snacks - apples, avocado , mango bananas , orange

I have also toyed with the idea of going from vegetarian to vegan but just know I'd find it too difficult and I'd get so bored of the things I'm eating. I can't imagine fruit and nuts filling me up. And it's a hassle trying to find half-decent vegan alternatives for things you already like ie. milk, cheese, etc. Also, the specialist health/food stores that stock vegan products are quite expensive so all in all I don't think I could ever turn vegan, which is strange because I found it quite easy to become vegetarian. I think vegans are also recommended to take supplements such as vitamin B12 and I think iron tablets may also be a good idea to prevent anaemia.

This is supposed to be real good and I admire Panthicunity for taking this approach.

I have personally known some people who have REVERSED their cholesterol, blood pressure and excess weight by doing just this !!!

For me the problem is that I don't know where to start and how to maintain it strictly !

I mean many a times I have my supper and think to myself no dessert today- which is usually some ice cream and choc.

Then after about half an hour or so, I just give in and say ''what the hell !''

The problem is that all I can ever imagine on this diet is eating raw carrots, mushrooms and lettuce !

I tried making a veggie drink in the mixer with carrots and broccoli etc.. but I just couldn't take it so ended up making some soup from it.

I think I could start this diet by having a choice of 4-5 different breakfast starters and then taking it from there.

You are just like me.I can't resist desert lol.
