To start off with, we do Simran out loud. There comes a time when Simran is taking place in our body, without us having to actively engage in Simran...

A SCENARIO.

A person runs a virus scan on their computer, they wait until the scan is complete, and then use the rest of the computer facilities.

Another person runs the virus scan in the background, and at the same time he/she uses the other functions of the computer. In this instance, the virus scan is doing it's job without the person being disrupted.

When we engage in Simran, our Atma becomes positively charged, the 'corrupt files' in our minds are removed, and life becomes blissful.

Just start doing Simran for at least one hour per day, the rest will just fall into place....
