i have seen many doctors but they just tell me its depression and stress.

i am really sad, sometimes i cry i can't help it. why waheguru is not helping me or listen to my ardas. can guru ki sangat help me in anyway?

i would really appreciate your humanity

I am goin thru exactly same thing, tried everything, but knows its not depression, physically become weaker, nobody seems to know Watscausing the nausea, and i cry everyday too. Can't take this no more. Maybe we have that tharn problem, but when check it seems to be in place. Keep at the docs to check, check everything. They are so slow, and just send to back home with medicine that makes it worse. Eat small portions often rather than at once and sip on water if you can't drink at once.

I got after having these stupid holiday vaccinations and had to cancel my trip. I actually think i am dying slowly. Dont know wat to do no more .

My mother sometimes makes me adrak wali tea in morning. That may help the nausea a bit. Think of nice things, even thou its not helping me, try not to worry Wats happening, distract the mind elsewhere.

These used to work for me but there is definitely somethin going on in my stomach, never suffered this much, on the bed 24/7 only to go bathroom. If it didn't hurt could just go to sleep.

One thing i will say if you already have a weak immune system be cautious of medicine you take. Even thou we need them, lots of side effects are too. Especially antibiotics wipe out all the good bacteria.

Probiotic yogurt is good for making good bacteria.

These medicines have messed up my whole body, but if we dont take when needed that is not wise either. I feel Waheguru not helping me no more. This is affecting my faith so much i actually wish i was no more longer here, can't cope with just clinging on.

But still i am keeping try to do much paat, simran in my mind. Dont give up on that, it will make you strong inside whatever your dukh is. Let me know if you get the solution please, as it will help me too.

Sorry not been much help but the truth is i need it myself too.

If you are able to do things without help, not to sound harsh, then you will get better, i probably will get better too, but gets too much to cope with, there is only so much dukh one can take.

But right now i feel so bad. The only time i like now is when i am asleep., then can't feel nothin.

Try every avenue, i am going to try alternative ways again.

I remember i went thru same before and took ages to get to comfortable stage.

But dont remember it hurting, i will ask my family if same before, then the only thing that helped me was gurbani, and my inner strength. Back to same again, even having a bath is so hard now.

I need help with everything now, just no strength left.

Keep remembering god and they will make you better, lets not give up and show the dukh it cannot take over. But your body will get better when it is ready too, not by force. Keep relaxed as much to as you can. Waheguru.

Fateh,

I was in the exact same position 2 years ago, and the only thing that actually helped me was listening to Anand sahib 6 pauris.

However, do not sit around thinking I will read bani 24/7 and you will be cured. Of course this is true in some cases, but the best advice I can give you is progress and move on. I know that is not much to go on, but when I was suffering from depression, I felt useless and weak. DO SOME SPORTS!!! It really helps. Never let yourself sit still, if you are in UNI, or have a job, give it your 100%. Develop a routine!

Another thing, Maharaj has a plan for you. TRUST ME! I used to think, Hey Im a Gursikh, I read bani, why is this happening to me? The reality was that I was not hanging around with the right Sangat. They were not bad sangat (still awesome friends) but they were not the RIGHT Sangat. Now I feel so blessed to have such amazing sangat, who helps me progress my Sikhi forward.

Don't get me wrong, depression is a serious thing, and that is speaking from experience. Your mind is always going 120 mph and you can't think logically. The pills they give you make you feel dull and non-existent.(GIVE UP THE PILLS) Your head aches, and you feel like throwing up when you eat. I've been there, and sometimes to this day that feeling creeps up on me.

You just have to keep faith in Maharaj, because you can turn away from Guru Ji, but Guru will never turn away from you.

AND SANGAT IS SOO IMPORTANT!!!!!!! (PM me if you need to talk)

I will do an ardass for you !

Fateh

Depression can manifest with the symptoms that you describe, as well as bulimia. You have titled this a 'Health' and 'Mental' problems, so are you acknowledging the cause could be a psychiatric illness like the ones mentioned? My concern would be whether you have had organic medical causes ruled out - a full blood count to ensure you are not anaemic, thyroid function test and coeliacs blood test. Also an endoscopy of the upper alimentary tract would be reasonable, as well as an electrolyte and protein level blood test given that your nutritional intake is likely to be suboptimal to assess severity. Should these be normal, then your doctor can consider psychiatric illness and given the effect on your weight and food intake, this is best handled by a psychiatrist. Broadly this involves the use of antidepressant medication and psychological counselling rather than just one or the other. Hope that eventually you will get some headway and get on the road to recovery.

I recommend you look up Dr. Schulze and read his answers to the various questions on his blog https://herbdocblog.com/. You can also ask him your questions. He has an amazing reputation and his products are incredibly strong. If nothing else works, try his incurables program. After trying numerous products I felt that his were the best that I have tried.

some of his books are online http://curezone.com/schulze/

On top of this, pranayam yoga outside of rush hour times can help your sait and, of course, meditation on Bani. There may also be sarab rog ka aukhad naam healing camps in your area. Check out there website for times.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
