Is there any Shabad to beat kaam?

I think that you should not be getting Kaam if you are living Siki Jevan:

Have you done all 5 bani’s at Amritvela?

Do you do Rehras + (Aarti optional) + Kiretan Sohala at night?

Have you Darshaned Guru Je Today or visited the Sangat / been to the Gurdwara? (Or if not possible listened to audio about 20 mins of SGGS Ji or Sanchi Reading?)

Are you vegetarian / Do you reframe from drugs?

Do you eat out (from Non Amrit Sachkt people), or eat Jutha?

Do you eat in Steel or Iron?

Are you Amrit Sachkt?

Are you wearing your 5 K’s

Have you done something that requires pesh but have not yet done pesh?

Also remember that Kaam is extreme / strong desire. It is ok to have a little to moderate desires. The line in which desire turns into kaam is when you feel that the current moment is not good enough and a further action of change is required and mandatory.
