Since I am running in morning , I start sweating profusely . Body sweat gets evaporated anyways and is not a problem . The sweat on my scalp , under the kes , and then patka gets wet and it starts feeling irritating ...

The sweaty scalp becomes annoying ... how do u deal with this matter.

I wear a small dastar during my circuit class and during my outdoor running sessions. Like you my head is drenched in sweat. How do you deal with it, well it is just sweat. Take a bath when you get home and you are sorted.

As for the sweaty scalp whilst running, well wear a loose parna rather than a patka. Patka sticks to your forehead where as a parna will give you more breathing room.
