Oil For Hair

I have dry scalp and was hoping someone can tell me what oil is best to use or anyone knows different oil's I can mix?

you can use any oil in excessive amount if your scalp is too dry but apply it over night, cover your head with keski (so that you do not ruin your pillow or your mom will be mad) and wash your hair next morning.

Your best option is Musturd oil. You wanna go with something PURE DESI. So once a week before washing your hair apply Mustard over night.

On regular basis you can use Vatika Hair oil which you can find in any Indian grocery store. It is a great oil with natural ingredients like coconut oil, gooseberry, Henna, Lemon, Rosemary Oi, Hedichium Spicatium,and Soya Extracts etc

Use any non-perfumed oil. I like coconut oil the best. For best results, apply lots of it, leave it in overnight and wash your hair in the morning.

don't ever use liquid parrafin !!!! The only reason they call it mineral oil is to hide its actual real name. Trust me don't ever put petrol on your hair.

Though i have never had a bad scalp since i look after my Kesh i have experimented with different oils over the years to see which one best suits me. I have come to the conclusion that Pure Coconut Oil is the best. You have to melt it in the microwave though or pit it in hot water. Its also the best natural moisteriser for your skin. In India the Coconut is highly regarded hence it is used in sacred religious events.

If your gonna get someone to massage your head then desi ghee is the best.

I think coconut oil, dabur amla oil, and almond oil are more effective for the healthy, and shiney oil.

I use coconut oil, and dabur oil since three year for my hair and these are best suited oils for my hairs.

Never use mineral oil it is carcinogenic.

Use either organic sesame oil or desi ghee or organic coconut oil.
