Any Strength Trainers? What Are Your Stats, How Long Did It Take And What'S Your Diet?

I know startingstrengthsikh hasn't been on this forum in a while, but it seems to me his problem was fairly obvious, and maybe I can help others who are having this problem.

He wasn't eating enough. No one is going to get strong on 3000 calories a day. From what I could see reading his posts, he needed probably about at least 5000 a day, most likely more. And he wasn't drinking his gallon of milk.
