Depression is not in fact depression but a label placed on a common affliction of the human bodies way of requiring a break and telling you turn on the off switch and depression prevalance amongst Sikhs who meditate is very very low

By telling a person they are depressed and your family and now SANGAT TV telling the panth they are depressed you have a self perpetuating myth which manifests into many of the Sikhs believing they are depressed when all they need to do is exercise and tweak their diets with less saturated fat and more exercise

These programs will label none existent diseases and stick a majority of Sikhs or get their families who accept their views into a treatment program which fails to ever cure depression as they profit from drugs.

The people who are most depressed are doctors and psychotherapists who live on another planet

A good diet and sangat participation is all that is required for a cure to depression not related to monetary gains

I am disturbed at the way Sangat TV is going it is like they are weakning the panth in a slow but deliberate manner

Its like ADHD which is a definition for a lot of energy whats wrong with energy the psychotherapists claim these people need treatment ie they need to be slowed down and easier to control

I will be watching the direction Sangat tv takes in the near future we need issues of Khalistan Youth participation and networking etc not these silly programs

They are in effect bound to label many common afflictions caused by too much caffeine or diet as depression and effectively labeling and handing over a sizeable amount of our populus to the system of endless doctors and clinics

Be very careful on acting on or taking the advice these people give

They should first bring up studies that show that meditation is the cure for all diseases of the mind unless there is a strong case of schizophrenia or serious disorder which in any case would be automatically recognised by a family who will take the family to a specialist
