Just dialled the number spoke to some muslim bloke who told me that there will be several people of Sikh and Hindu backgrounds embracing Islam on the day. They are going to discuss why they are openly embracing Islam and their arguments against the Sikh and Hindu religion.

If this was happening in Canada, these ppl would have already been in the body bags if they even dared utter 1 word against OUR GURUS.. Singhs of Canada would have made sure this kindaa thing doesn't happen there THATS FOR SURE.I dunno what has happened to the 'Anakh' of the sikhs in uk....All the trouble we hear between sikhs and Muslims arises from Britain. Its time the singhs of Uk do something to protect the sikh paanth and do something about it.

We, the sikhs must do something about it. I am i Canada and hence could be of little help but contact me if there be any need but this is the time the Uk sikhs along with Uk hindus , jews and even christians make sure this kindaa rac!st shyt doesnt happen.

The sangata outside UK who feel strongly about this (you should) and want to help, here is a small benti.

Let us all resolve to do atleast 5 paaths of Chaupai Sahib daily for the Chardi Kala of the Panth. If you can do more thats even better, but 5 is a bare minimum, per day for the next 11 days. And this request is to both sangat outside UK and even those in UK. A few months back a similar commitment was done and I am sure it did produce results. Gurbani is the most powerful thing ever. Lets take refuge in Gurbani and do Ardas for the Panth's Chardi Kala.

You are not obliged to do this, and don't have to post if you are doing so. I am going to try, and request others to try thir best as well.

May Guruji bless His Panth with Chardi Kala always!

Someone can say anything on the phone, and mislead anyone. The real reason we will only understand if we go there. I am not from uk or i may have took part here. I think singhs/kaurs should go butin peaceful manner, and if something goes on, BAAM. :wub:

Remember, i would say again, when all else fails....

Here is what MAY work...

Go in a big group...totally non-violent and without any noise or commotion...just go and see what they are upto...stay silent and cool...the moment anyone makes any comment mocking Sikhi, anything related to Sikhi, or Gurujee, thats when you raise the jakaarey and make their pants/jeans/salwars go wet...we shouldn't be bothered if they have decided to mess up their lives, or if they are going to stand up there and shamelessly glorify the same faith that caused their ancestors to be butchered...but if they say anything against Sikhi, anything related to Sikhi, or Gurujee, our tolerance HAS TO quit!

again...i dunno if its a good idea...i m not an expert on this..juz a suggestion...but whatever is to be done shud be done within the limits of law and order...well, as far as possible...

Singhavelli, you are always the one to hit the bull's eye and come out with the real deal!

Even if this is not enough to wake up the caste lovers, I request them to stop calling themselves Sikhs and stay happy with their caste, and be proud of it (as fakely as possible).
