Ardaas For A 8 Years Old

Sangat jee,

They say "sangat ch ardaas keeti poori hundi aah". So here is the situation of this 8yrs old boy.

Bhai Anoop singh visited this house in april & 8yrs old boy was with him the whole entire time (for about 2 weeks). The day Bhai sahib was about to take the leave from the family, the 8 yrs old kid whispered in bhai sahib's ear to tell his parents that he wants to keep his Kess. Bhai sahib was very happy to hear that & congratulated the parents of the kid for having such blessings on the kid.

However, the parents are both monne, Dad doesn't believe in any Guru but Guru Nanak Dev ji (?), mom is worried about the kid's height if he quits eating meat & is too lazy to do kid's joorha everyday. Instead of take it as blessing, it has become a problem for the parents.

But this kid has been strong about his decision. He hasn't let his parents cut his kess since april regardless of their taunts. Sangat jii, he goes through tests everyday, the parents are soo unhappy about him not getting hair cut. His older brother who is 12 wanted to keep his hair when he was also little, but parents never took him seriously & always said you can keep kess when your dad strats to keep kess as well. Now the younger son is going through this phase.

The dad saw the kid's nani reading some saakhis of chote sahebjaade to him and he freaked out, started yelling at naani and warned the kid to not to sit close to naani thereafter. Now naani is packing her luggage and going back to india after being humiliated by her daughter & son-in-law for telling saakhis to the kid.

So Sangat jii, this is my humble request to all of you reading this post to do ardaas for this 8 -yrs old boy & May mahraaj give him strength to go through the tests everyday, May he keep up with his sikhi sidak forever.
