its sung by Bibi ji, but i dont know who she is. nor do i know when, and where this was sung:(.

the shabd is 33:03.9 long(if timing of the shabd helps!)

shabd is

appni khethii raaakh laa ...( thats all i can undertand i can;t make out this whole line) then comes>
