Diaphoresis - excessive sweating due to an underlying medical condition, could very well be possible.

It would not hurt to have bloods done, the treatment may simply be change in diet. It is always important

to clear such things because the earlier anything is got the more successfully you avert dysfunctional pathways from being laid down

Go see your doc. You should not get medical advice over the internet. This could be a sign of an underlying medical condition. No reason to be ashamed... Derms see this stuff like every day.

After you see the doctor, if it turns out to be hypehydrosis, I would suggest do not just jump into EDS. Surgery may sound like a good idea and some doctors promote it too but do your homework before making any decisions. Message me if you need more detail on it.
