Harnam Singh Dhumma Getting Siropa From...

today was watching Jus Punjabi news and saw baba Harnam Singh Dhumma of Damdami Taksal get a siropa on stage from Sukhbir "Singh" badal... this is the same family Dhumma was blaming for the Ludhiana Khand and other trouble in the state of Punjab. The same fam whoes govt. sent the police which shot Singhs in Ludhiana. As we look at this today, what do people think, are these all people put in by the badal family. Is this badals play. Can we trust Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma

Badals are sold out . They go to deras because they want votes .

Dhumma or anybody today can't be trusted . Khalsa is a secular , democratic religion . It is for the sikhs and by the sikhs , not for one person to guide us .

I don't even think that's a legitimate question. Anyone who says the Panth can trust this guy is either ignorant or has ulterior motives. He's shown his true colors time and time again - Sikh's just have horrible memories. We see someone give fiery speeches or make bull**** promises and we start believing the person is the next Sant Jee. This guy blamed the Badal family for the shaheedee of Bhai Darshan Singh in Ludhiana; he made all kinds of noise and promises including his demand to have Badal thrown out of the panth. The next month, the Badal's make some changes to the Nanakshahi calendar and this two-faced sell-out released public thank you's to the Badal's in major Punjabi newspapers. Accepting Siropay from the Badal's aint no thang for him, he's been pulling stunts like this for a while.

Until we start holding our 'leaders' accountable for their actions, they will continue to take advantage of us and our emotions and sell us out at every opportunity.

Try to post some pictures of the event or an article about it or something though; we should always try to document stuff like this.

Since when Khalsa become secular? In fact its Shiromani Akali Dal that has now become a secular party on papers.

i wouldnt trust anyone...we have our guru ,only follow him...do not go after random babe around the world yes we can respect them as gursikhs but i would never go around sucking up to them...

Respect is what we all need to show no matter how bad other person is. I have to agree with AvnitK.. Respect them as Gursikh but don't become a fan of them and carry their pictures all over the world !

We should stay away from politics as we dont understand it. And if you know politics you would know it ( dhumma getting siropa) is not wrong. And Darshan Singhs family is well settled now. Everyone has their limits.
