The RSS-Mann Pehowa nexus revealed

AMRITSAR SAHIB - - Despite the ban on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and its offshoot Rashtriya Sikh Sangat (RSS) by the supreme seat of Sikh authority, Sri Akal Takht Sahib, members of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee, and other so-called Sikh Parcharaks, politicians and Sadhs continue to intermingle with the anti-Sikh organization and attend thier functions.

In a memorandum released in July of 2004, Sri Akal Takht Sahib instructed the Sikh Nation to boycott both RSS organizations due to their anti-Panthic activities and agenda.

In recent issues of 'Sangat Sansar', the official mouthpiece of the Rashtrya Sikh Sangat, photos and advertisements of prominent 'Sikh parcharaks' and politicans are shown patronizing the anti-Panthic Sangh.

you have to be crazy to think wrong of bhai guriqbal singh ji. seriously, a picture does not show everything. in fact in can be misleading in may ways. just cuz somebody gives siropa to somebody else, or gets a siropa from somebody, that doesnt mean anything.

i take it you have never even heard any of their kirtan/katha files.

its sad we are quick to label people who we have never even met, people we have never even spoken to in life, and we see one thing or another and we are already labeling them as such and such.

as to the topic starter, thank you very much bhaji for posting this, and is there a way to download all the keertan at once, or do you have to click on each folder and download each file one by one, cuz that would take forever.

I think we should be spreading these kind of words but not the RSS stuff.

If you think his contribution to sikhism (and to humanity in general) is nothing because of one photograph (which can be edited anyway). Please go and listen to few of his cds. I dont think he is spreading RSS philosiphy.

I'm sure I haven't labelled anyone or thrown out unfounded accusations. Nor have I tried to undermine any positive things he has done. But the fact remains, he has in the past honoured RSS officials. I haven't claimed him to be a horrible person, or some major 'anti-panthic dusht,' but I'm sure you can understand why this would be alarming. The RSS - as you well know - is hellbent on distorting and destroying Sikhi, and anyone who can kill their conscience enough to honour one of these fools should be held accountable to the Sikh Panth. I'm not calling for his excommunication or something; I'm simply bringing facts forward. Contrary to some peoples' belief, giving someone or accepting a Siropa from anti-Panthic individuals IS, in fact, a big deal. These people work relentlessly at disrespecting your father, spitting on the memory of your Shaheeds and misdirecting your future generations; if you can convince yourself that it's perfectly okay to honour these tthugs - either you're extremely foolish or willing to join in.

Physical death I do not fear, but death of conscience is sure death.
