Its pcos... take care of your diet, exercise and do path. Eat healthy. Think healthy. Leave the rest to maharaj ji. I had pcos too and I got my periods only three times an year.  Healthy eating exercise and path and chardhi kala helped greatly. We also visited baba budha jis gurdwara and numerous other such blessed places in India.

You should also go back to your doctor and ask them for advise. They will be more informed on the medical side.
