just few months ago Jalandhar police first registered a case againist the Gagandeep Singh a local leader of akali dal international for writing khalstan on windscreen of his vehicle then case was withdrawn when singhs held hugh protest and ssp jalandhar in a case filed under right to information act by atinderpal singh khalstani replied it is not illegal to do such things unless it is done for threatening or for rioting apart from it during my visit to interior punjab I come accoress more posters of sant ji then bhagat singh on the windsceen of vehicles and slogans in favour of azadi .Further more during the hearing in definition of sikh case before full bench atinder pal singh openly used surname khalstani and asked the judges to mark his attendence as such . I was present in court along with other singhs.So those who say khalstani movement is dead r living in fool's paradise. why d fears about khalstan when sikhism is based upon the principle of sarbat da bhalla.
