Sunnybond brohe did not kill any shiv sena pardhan of Batala. He and some six other youths beat up badly, Naresh Mahajan, BJP president of batala and absconded. He was caught after six months and was in jail for attempt to murder under 307. Naresh mahajan is well and alive. It was political attack on the bidding of Batala MLA Sahni who wanted to teach Mahajn a lesson. Sahni and mahajan are rivals and both belong to BJP. And your Bhai Navtej singh is known as 'Gaggu Amli'. :lol:

In short Civilisations, people create temporal laws, Poola was in prison for his crimes, law and order not always perfect and at times get it wrong but the system tries to do the right thing and often get it right.
