Hindu Bal Thakrey - New Threat To Sikhs

Guest PunjabSingh

I think Bombay Singh Sabha is going too far by apologizing to "shiv sena" again and again almost on a daily basis .

Today again they have apologised to the Bombay residents and "shiv sena" .I dont know how true this is but the bahmanvadi media is making us believe this.

It must be remembered that it was BJP's Mulund MLA Tara Singh (who can be seen in many pictures with a checkered turban) who persuaded the Sikhs to lift the dharna against sauda saadh in Bombay and one of his comments was "udhav thackeray has also agreed to support us hence we are lifting the dharna"

Aren't the so called Sikh leaders in Bombay also behaving like gulaams of the BJP,Shiv sena like badal is doing in Punjab ?

Even if they felt like apologising one apology is enough and that too to the people of Bombay and not to the goondas of Shiv Sena .

none of his ancestors cried like this that sikhs are fighting with Mughals/pahari rajay, why cant we marathis also do so, let us also get our shastars and fight mughals/pahari rajay. what right do they hv now?

Shiv Sena is made of goonda, lumpen elements and rioters. They are no way near Shivaji Maharatha whom they claim to follow either in their appearence or in their deeds.

Do you mean Tara singh the guy with a tikka and rakhri around his arm Hindufied type Singh in the news reports,I was thinking WTH

Yes you are right .

I think before these so called Sikhs join BJP they are first given some training to behave unlike Sikhs .

We have seen atleast two typical samples of BJP Sikhs :One sample is Tara Singh whom you have described before and the other is the maskhara Navjot Sidhu who is seen shamelessly laughing over anti Sikh jokes on indian tv .

Both are samples in themselves .

true .. Shivaji's great grand daughter recently appeared on television saying shav sena lumpen elements were running around claiming Shivaji's heritage because there was no one would stand up to them and expose the fraud they were running in name of Shivaji.

I saw footage of our irate young Sikh brothers slashing doors and attacking passing trains while people were still in them. That is why I agree with bal thackary on this one issue, he isnt making it up. I can show the link to that footage but I dont want to cause embressment to our mumbai sangat. The leaders their should control the youths and tell them what they are doing is anti-sikh behaviour, going around harressing people and behaving like thugs that is the job of non-sikhs not a Sikh of the Guru.

This is the same Shiv Sena that attacked cyber cafes in Mumbai in protest of Orkut, when some people made a online community group called "I hate Shiv Sena" and people in India were using cyber cafes to log onto Orkut.

“We will see that no cyber café allows their customers to surf Orkut.com. If we find someone surfing that website where things against our party chief and Gods have been written, we will destroy the place and the shops owner and customers will be punished for it,” said Kalyan’s Sena Chief, Arvind More

Also Shiv Sena and its friends from the Bajrang Dal protesting Valentine's Day by raiding shops and stealing Valentine's cards, then burning them in protest.

Bal Thackeray said "anyone wanting to avoid violence on Valentine's Day should not celebrate it."

"Our volunteers will check parks, hotels and restaurants and swoop upon young lovers found walking hand-in-hand," said Vijay Tiwari, a Shiv Sena activist in Lucknow.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
