Theres quite a famous girl actually, I think she's from Delhi (not sure - dont quote me) who does pretty good gatka - dunno if she teaches - I seen a video of her putting soorma on her eyes with shatr.

im not sure if there's any or many female ustaads

best thing would be to go to an akhara where there are a some or a lot of singhnis, so even tho the ustad may not be fem, u'll feel confortable learning with bibis surrounding u
