Wearing Khalistan Shirt In Gurdwaras

Recommended Posts

Is it wrong to wear khalistan or never forget 1984 shirts/hoodies in gurdwaras? because I was wearing a never forget 1984 shirt last week and this guy told me to wear a jumper over it as he once got told off by a old guy for wearing a shirt with never forget 1984 on it. The old guy apparantly told him that he was doing major beadbi by bringing political issues into gurdwara :umm:

ask if it's major beadbi to bring tanks into gurudwara?

ask if it's major beadbi to blindfold, tie hands behind someone's back and kill them execution style inside a gurudwara?

then ask if it's beadbi to forget that.

Gurudwaras and politics...hahahahha

Here in the UK, Gurudwaras often seem to be focal institutions to woo local political councillors!

'1979,1984' - Big times in our modern history. The youth can learn a lot about Sikhi by studying the background to what occurred.

I see nothing wrong with your dress sense in the Gurudwara. I believe that '84 was a turning point in our noble history and its impact falls heavily on Sikhs today. I am no Khalistani in the sense of wanting to carve out a Sikh state in India today (maybe at that time - the timing was right and hence the demon Indira did what she did after leaving Baba Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale no choice but to be a True Sikh and fight his corner after all other means of negotiation failed), but I believe strongly that the time will come when Raj karega Khalsa - it will be at the right time for us and then the whole duniya will be Khalistan!

lmao sorry i have to say this...

Gurdware are run on nothing but politics, here are the stastistics - Money = 49%

Politics = 49%

Pyar = 2% (If even that!)

These people at the Gurdwara that say u cant wear 1984 clothing really pi*s me off!!! just ignore them, they dont know what they're talking about!! Wheneva i wear my Jarnail Singh hoodie, "my m8" who is a "nang" (im pretty sure) always has a go at me 4 wearing it, because he doesnt "believe" in Jarnail Singh Khalsa Ji, and he thinks that all Sikhs going afta one thing is really stupid!!! howeva, he thinks its ok 2 do bhang, jhatka and all dat cr@p. Back to the point, personally i think the younger genereation (well, MOST of them!!) know what they are doing in terms of Sikhi. E.g there are sooooo many "gabroo jawan" who wear Dhumalle and take Sikhi 2 an "extreme level" whereas i've noticed, the older generation just cant b bothered!! So i think the younger generation know what they are doing and talking about when they wear 1984 clothing!! Whats so wrong with wearing a Jarnail Singh/1984 hoodie anyway??? people just get mad ova nothing!! If you were to wear a Baba Deep Singh hoodie ppl would b like "o wow thats well gd!! he was a gr8 Soldier!!", itz exactly the same with Jarnail Singh!! Besides!! the clothes the other ppl wear!!! expenseive posh jeans and shrits and stuff just to show off!! And desi and punjabi shirts!! The other day this bloke was wearing a "putt jattan de" shirt to the Gurdwara!!! and a few weeks back this other bloke was wearing a "ah ni kurriye" shirt to the Gurdwara!!!!! So why are they complaining about 1984 hoodies!?!

In conclusion lol! Ignore these people and wear 1984 hoodies with Pride and stand up whats right and never forget ur past!!!
