could someone explain how to get to Shri Hazoor Sahib from Mumbai airport?

i need to know is this the nearest airport?

how to get from airport to gurdwara? How long does it take? Which train? What times does the train go?

how to get a room? will room be guaranteed?

I dnt know more abt airports but i think hyderabad is the nearest airport from Nanded city.

But again you have to get a train from coz again a very long distance from hyderabad.

try this way:

FROM MUMBAI AIRPORT TO HYDERABAD AIRPORT

THEN

FROM HYDERABAD RAILWAY STATION TO SECUNDERABAD RAILWAY STATION

THEN

SECUNDERABAD RAILWAY STATION TO NANDED RAILWAY STATION.

THEN

FROM NANDED RAILWAY STATION THERE ARE MANY FREE BUSES FROM GURDWARA WHICHS PIKS THE SANGAT OR U CAN HIRE A TAXI OR AUTO.

WE WERE 6 PERSON ARE WE HAIRED A BIG JEEP IN RS 100 ONLY.

FROM TRAIN ROUTE there are 4 main trains between mumbai to nanded.

it takes 1 and half day in a train from mumbai to nanded.

if u choose to travel via air from mumbai to hyderabad ( approx half day waste ) and then still u have to take train from hyderabad to nanded which became equal time to the train travel from mumbai to nanded.

so in simple words juz reserve a train from mumbai to nanded.

u can reserve tickets in first class compartment or second class compartment which are fully air conditioned.

these are claases are called 1ac 2ac and 3ac

sleeper class is lower class.

fill mumbai in source station and nanded in desination.\

select all classes and choose further.

choose date.

after that u will see a list of trains, choose one train acc to ur timings.

check if the train is availiable for that day and if not try to change class it may be availiable for 1ac if not then 2ac or 3ac.

also check fares of all different classes and also check train schedule which will help u to see which day u will reach ur destination, same day or next.

oh yea

there are very clean air conditioned rooms available exactly near SACHKHAND SAHIB.

mostly when u get a taxi from railway station they take u to baba nidaan singh gurdwara and people usually get rooms there but they are not air conditioned but nice rooms not sure coz i never used.

u juz go directly to sachkhand sahib and there is AN NRI NIWAAS BUILDING.

go to office and ask for rooms, they will give u if the rooms will be available.

If u are an NRI they will charge only rs 200/day but if indian then rs400/day.

call then and reserve rooms also

I stayed in the NRI Niwas. Very clean.. great place to stay as its right next to Sahkand Sahib.

Main reason they charge is for the cost of the heated water and air conditioning.
