Bhindranwale A Terrorist Created By Cong: Punj

Amritsar, December 9 State BJP in-charge Balbir Punj said Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale was a terrorist created by the Congress and the SGPC should re-consider its decision to install his portrait at Sikh museum inside the Golden Temple complex. He said the Congress had no right to raise the voice over the issue as Bhindranwale was the creation of petty politics of the Congress leaders, including former PM Indira Gandhi.

Punj, who was speaking to mediapersons at Qadian in Gurdaspur district during the anniversary function of Ram Parkash Parbhakar, an RSS leader, said there was no justification for Congress' attempts to rake up this issue. Asked if he would take up the matter with CM Parkash Singh Badal, he said he wanted that the SGPC should re-think over the matter.

On the Deputy CM issue, he said it was no longer a burning topic and there were other important subjects that the SAD-BJP alliance had to address.

these are some things to think about to those who think that sant ji was a terrorist:

a person who has taken amrit and gives it to others...a terrorist?

a person who reads bani and teaches it to others...a terrorist?

a person who does katha, and teaches katha to others...a terrorist?

a person who does seva and helps others do seva....a terrorist?

a person who speaks in favor of the panth...a terrorist?

a person who speasks about equal rights...a terrorist?

if thats what a terrorist is....then we all better become those kinds of terrorist if we want to succeed in life....

its a game for the gov. Its there job to make up crap like this to mislead the sikh people. Sant ji challened them straight up and they got scared. Sant ji used to question people right in front of everybody and they would have no answers. And now when they dont see him around they wanna talk crap about him.....

You are a terrorist is when...

• you kill close to 10,000 innocent people in less than a week under the garb of "patriotism" (New Delhi, November 1984)
  
• you kill around 3000 innocent and severely poor people living in slums, burn alive their little children, gang-rape teenaged girls and burn them alive to remove all evidences, gang-rape pregnant women as well (Gujarat, 2002)
  
• you bomb a religious place of worship with scores of innocent worshippers/pilgrims in the vicinity (Operation Bluestar)
  
• you tear down a place of worship because you think it was made on your holy site (Babri Masjid)
  

I don't think Sant Jee came remotely close to any of the above mentioned.
