I was reading the above article. Can Punjab take this case at international level (UNO) basis that Centre have used

Unconstitutional mean to allow water from Punjab to diverted.( no flow) to non-riparian state like Haryana & Rajasthan.

Have we been independent country. Under International law, no one could have force us to share water with

Neighbouir non--riparian countries. Ony Riparian in nature can claim water. ( India –Pakistan example)

While Punjab is forced to share its water, Haryana did not alwo yamuna water to share with punjab.

Exactly for the reason that Punjab have no longer claim on its water

What is worst, a most of the time congress ruled Karnataka state did not till now did not implement supreme

Court order of sharing its Cauvery water with Tamil nadu even based on international standards.

Since river flows through Tamil nadu, and is so region Riparian in nature & have right to access this water

Had Tamil nadu become independent country. It will force Karnataka region to sign water tribunal, and follow international law.

The matter I discuss is bit complex in nature. Not for weak brain person. What I am saying is In India, where even on international standards

Water is suppose to get share is NOT shared at all.( cavaery, despite supreme court ruling). While on the other hand, in the case where no valid cases is made To share water, Brahmins force Punjab to share by force. This was no way possible in international matters. Is Punjab despite having water /hyder as state subject of cannot do much on Brahmin dominated supreme court judges level. Can it go to international court.

Whats more. Let Punjab govt stop water flowing to neighbouring non- Riparian states. Let the matter again goes to court again. Use best legal mind to fight the case & high light the same in international level

Are you asking for some sort of spiritual help? Stop posting multiple-anti-hindu threads dude. Havnt you got anything better to do?

Anti –hindu?, No dude . I am certainly not anti anybody. For me all people are okay. It is the action of particular ruling class breed that I am highlighting.

Brahminism is curse to Indian society. Divide & rule. That what they have done for many centuries. This make our Indian society weak. Thus allows the externals to rule over us.

On water related yesterday only,. Punjab govt is trying to make canal with-in Punjab but ruling centre class stop it. While at same time. Similar canal is allowed in Haryana. That’s what Punjab CM is crying about in the news link pasted below.

.

Punjab CM lashes out heavily on CWC on Hansi-Butana canal issue

In the name of federalism, Brahmins are raping Punjab. And thus Sikh farmers. Not allowing them to grow up. Forcing them to commit suicides and gods knows what.

I am bring this issue to get it discussed as what we can do about it under the rules of law. If you have nothing to add on positive side. Please keep quite. Do not try to become cynical

Guest Big Bad Brahmin

Are you guys paranoid? get medical help. Chandigarh has the highest per capita income, Punjab leads in GDP. The Punjus need to take responsibility for their incredibly bad use of water and electricity. And guys...most of us a part Sikh part Hindu so stop blaming the miniscule minority of Brahmins for your own follies. Learn from Israel how to mangage with drop irrigation, build check dams and harvest water like Gujarat. Grow more high value fruits and vegetables, invest in food processing. Are the blaming bloggers actually Punjabis or are they whiney NRI's. India is one of the very few countries that respects and looks after every sub sect. You can wear what you want, eat what you want, drink what you want, pee where you want, talk in any language, Get real, we rock! and maybe the Brahmin culture has something to do with that!

Good reply by the guest , yep ! now tamilnadu a ripan ( in nature ) state has lost it's water share from kerala & andhra & karnataka & Tamilnadu is fast changing to a desert . will we Tamil's ever become an independent nation & claim for our share in the UN

but all the product's from Tamilnadu like electricity , food etc are being taken to the other neighborhood states but the nation ignores even our water need . we have various port's from which we export our automobiles ( almost 70% of total India's auto spares being made in TN alone ) from which the central govt gains port & export tax but still the center hasnt done any good to the state .

this is the same with Punjab where the center treat's like a stepmother .....

^^^^ lols @ sikh posting as a tamil ... ...

this is the matter of states and center and state govt ... but like all others matters people both from sikhs and hindus who dont want the solutions make these things Hindus VS Sikhs ... anyways every river is orignated from kashmir himachal or pakistan ... these rivers only passed through punjab and hence its given a share ... punjab has its ground water keeping in mind the river water is divided ... states like rajasthan which is 90 percent dependent on river water only will be given more water share....

ask ur relatives in india do the complain about water supply ??? every house in punjab has water to bath to drink .... and read about poor states like Rajasthan Up where there is a large percentage of houses which only get 15 - 30 mins of water supply a day ... even after there bigger share ...

If punjab has more then enough water with just even 10 percent of water share ... and other states are even dry after 50 persent of share should we cry for more share or just feel happy to share ... its totaly upto us ...

http://www.rajasthantalkies.com/2009/05/water-problem-in-rajasthan-and-state.html

rajasthan currently Four towns get drinking water supply once in 96 hours, eleven such towns get once in 72 hours, and 60 towns get the supply once every alternate day. This is the situation prevailing in Rajasthan.

and this is despite of the larger share and its not a village situation they are towns ...

in patiala in we get 4 hours of water supply in morning 2 hours in noon and 4 hours in evening that makes 10 hours ... and most of the punjab districts get the same and villages get 6 hours of free electricity to pump up the water ...

Now as a sikh what should a fight for to project it as a hindu sikh problem and ask for 24 hours of water supply with a larger share for punjab ... or project it as a rich poor problem and reduce my waater level to 5 hours and pass this 5 hours of water supply to states like rajasthan ...

see the facts see the ground reality and make ur mind ...

24 hours water supply in a sikh town and once in 96 hours supply of water in a hindu town ... or 5 hours of water supply in a sikh town that could make sure once in 48 hours water supply in some hindu town ... my fellow sikhs answer me whats correct ...

these canal issues are just political ... every party will say they are giving away our water vote us will we not allow this and there alliance in some other state would be saying we are getting u water vote us we will continue it ...
