Online Paath

Just wondering, how about if we start an online paath through voice chat in a chat-room?? This way we can all get laha of doing paath, and if anyone doesn't know how to read, they can also come and learn, from singhs/kaurs who can speak fluently.

I'll set up a room, just want to know how many people will actually come, and join in?

Actually we tried this attempt on sikhawareness .. we set up pal talk.. indy kaur set it up for us... but i guess not everyone can come... if we start up with 15-20 people.. thats more than enuf ..

Do let us know the time though...

yeah but da time will vary between diff countries hena... esp for me .. im from malaysia. when i work u peole sleep and when i sleep u people work ... but dats an awesome idea... i think we shud allow one person to have da authority of da mic .. others just listen.. so da person who has da authority shud b a person who can reali read sudh paath just an idea

awesome!! 5 people should be enough, then if its HIS kirpa, then we can add more people as they come along..PLEASE tell everyone on your msn, about this as well. I will try to setup a chat system, so that anyone can come at any time, and join in to the ongoing-paath.

MSn is very bad for voice chatting as i think u can only add one person into the conversation. Yahoo Messenger lets you do private conversations and add as many ppl as possible and its really good for dialup users as well.

So wot do u tink?

and like amardeep said...yahoo is way better...everyone else can mute their mics and only the one who is reciting bani shud keep his/her mic switched on

yeah yahoo is much better.. we do yahoo chats at time hena rochak we will have around 4-5 people having voice chat at one time and its still managable (we still can hear each other and speak to each other.. ) msn is just out..

rochak has a good idea.. everyone else mute their mics.. only da person reciting da paath should have his mic on... :D
