So then who wrote that shabd form??? Someone had to have written it?

And what shabd was it and the compilations name? The author? Who was the guru nanak of those times since truth had to have presented itself then as well.

No one needs to write the Shabad Guru, The Shabad means word. The Word has existed since the start of time since all of creation came from it, The Shabad Guru was there. The Shabad was simply Gupt except for those with the pure hearts. People like Bhagat Prahlad Ji all unlocked it due to their pious nature.

Again how do you not know this?

If it was the Vedas, well guess what. It I was written by Brahma. "Vedan Mai Nam utham sune phire nahi jeou baytalya."

Guru Amar das: the Vedas say that name is the greatest, listening to it one will not run around as though a demon

So since the vedas is authored by brahma, and he had this knowledge of Nam, and stated it, and guru Amar das ji further reinforces it in anand sahib quoting the Vedas, it means that the affect Maya did not last on brahm at least.

Actually Dhruv  took Vishnu as Akali to become brahm gyani. Narad muni was his satguru and he gave him gurmantar om namo bhagvate vasudevaye. Which refers to Vishnu arm of Akal Purakh. Prahlad was saved by NarSimha, which is again avatr of Vishnu.

"Japayo dhru prahlaad jaise" guru granth sahib.

These are originally puraanic skhis and were briefly included in guru grant sahib. The full history and story is in the Vishnu puraan.

Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji isn't a body, he is Vaheguru, Vaheguru is Ajuni, that means never born. Who taught Ramanand, Ravidas, Kabir, etc.? Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Are you seriously thinking that the Guru of all creation really is saying this? If you knew basic Sanskrit, you'd know Vedas means knowledge, not some book, some white man from Anglican society decided to call Vedas.

The old khalsas called themselves Akali, does that not state that you are of Akal and therefore a Godly being?

Sure tridev maybe affected by Maya at some point, but how long did it last?

as long they do not release their identity/ego and surrender all to Akal purakh they will remain in Karam Bhoomi

Bhagat ram anand et al were born 500-900 years before guru nanak even took avtr in physical form.

Shiekh Farid was also born 500 years before guru nanak.

Bhgat dhanna, bhagat Kabir, sain Nye, bhagat Ravi das, were all born in the time of swami ram anand, who was himself a Bengali high caste Brahmin. They were present 500-900 years before guru nanak. And swami ram anand or parma anand if I'm not mistaken for the name was the sat guru of bhagat dhana, sain Nye, Ravi das, and Kabir.

No it wasn't the Vedas. Nice try but Guru Gobind Singh Ji said those who abandoned the Vedas found god.

ਜਿਨ ਮਤਿ ਬੇਦ ਕਤੇਬਨ ਤਿਆਗੀ ॥

Jin Mati Beda Kateban Tiaagee ॥

जिन मति बेद कतेबन तिआगी ॥

ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਕੇ ਭੇ ਅਨੁਰਾਗੀ ॥

Paarabarhama Ke Bhe Anuraagee ॥

पारब्रहम के भए अनुरागी ॥

Those who abandoned the path of the Vedas and Katebs, they became the devotees of the Lord.

That's the Hindu version of the story. Why would you believe that? He gained the Gurmantar from Guru Sahib, no one else. He wasn't an adherent of Vishnu, not by a long shot. He worshiped the Primordial Lord, not someone enslaved by Maya, it seems you've spent more time learning from Hindus than Tat Gurmukhs.

Prahlad was saved because God ordered Vishnu to incarnated and save him. Why call the tool that breaks the nut the force behind it?

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
