There are very few forums on the internet which are totally gurmat based. A lot of the ones which claim to be gurmat based are actually just used to get into arguments and all others sorts of anti-gurmat behaviour.

The only Sikh Forums I could think which try their best to promote Gurmat are:

http://www.tapoban.org/phorum/list.ppa?f=1 - Great stories of gursikhs posted regularly, many other constructive threads going on consistently.

http://www.akj.org/phorum/list.ppa?f=3 - When it's updated regularly, Akj.org also has a really good forum.

And obviously Sikhsangat.com also has a very good forum.

I'm sure Sikhawareness.com does a lot of positive work as well. I only listed the sites I am fully knowledgable and confident about. I'm sure there are even more sites out there like Sikhawareness.com which also promote Gurmat.
