lol splints in the panth ... too late for that and here is evidence of why!

i remember the EXACT same thing happened the last time, remember a short while back (Nov 2006) singhs arranged a prog at Smethwick for the shaheed singhs, again everyone was asked if the date was free, everyone said yes! people from the akj even gave out flyers for the event weeks b4 it was due to take place.... and then TWO days b4 the event they decide to have a another youth programme (which was not due to take place) at another local gurdwara (literally 5 mins away)! lol and that was meant to be an example of unity between the youth. lol

Look get out of this fixation programs are done to clash, as others have said on previous threads there are loads of programs happening everywhere ??? is everyone spitefully clashing ?? of course not, the reality not all sangat will go to other towns, they just like local progs, as this is a monthly thing they get used to it, it is there laha as well, i'm sure sevadars in the ardasa will ask Guru ji to bless the souls of the shaeeds, there were a number of progs happening on the sunday of the demo, was everyone wrong to do this ??? I think some people need to realise that sangat is like an ocean, it runs far and wide, we are just praying that guru ji let's on the boat which will sail over to where the we get sangat of Guru ji in the spritual way, to start meaningless comments about how this clashes with this, only help's us inflate our ego that we can point the finger, let's all remember it isn't about who come's and who doesn't but more about what you individually get out of going, if is just talk and dekhava, the reward will be just that as well...

Those who want to listen to katha can go to the Smethwick prog. Those who want to listen to pure keertan, without any inferences can go to the Coventry Prog.

Sometimes when you listen to keertan and then have a paarcharak doing katha and then keertan again, its hard for the mind to get settled back into the keertan . Thats why some people may just perfere to listen to pure keertan.
