I called myself a Gursikh, not to others but to myself

I would say to others im a manmukh, but didn't think to myself

I always preached about sikhi, but never actually preached to myself

I always wore bana, and laughed at those who didn

Today those very people laugh at me, my identity is hidden

I took amrit, but rarely got up for amritvela

I thout I was a Gurmukh, but obviously I misunderstood

For all those days I wasted, I wish I never would

Today I committed the biggest sin one can make

I hurt WaheGuru's feelings, being sorry is nothing you can fake

I cried and cried until my eyes went dry

Waheguru please save me I promise I will try

I am officially the Scum of Scums
