My mate had a heated argument with women 2day at gurdwara who claimed they were Sikh and who had plates in thier hands with divas and rotis in them ,The women stated they read guru granth sahib and tht this crap was allowed and tried 2 lecture the boys on minding there own business HIndus were using the underground carpark at singh sabha havelock 2 park thier cars and go 2 king st mandir on thier way back they would come with plates in thier hands.The singhs told the women not 2 bring the rituals on 2 gurdwara premisis as is anti gurmat butthe socalled sikh women wouldnt have it they started 2 insult the singhs by swring in panjabi even young girls were in on the act after the heated argument on what the 10th guru said about bipran ki reet and these bulls**t pracitices the women decalred the singhs were stupid and tht they were correct another incident was the feeding of the nishan sahib YES plates of aloos and onions were left 4 the nishan sahib WHAT A JOKE When asked where the woman got the silver thaliya -plates they said tht the gurdwara had provided them ,when singhs went 2 check in the store room 4 silver plates there were only but 3 plates left jus proves yet Agian tht Himmat Sohi commitee is doing anti gurmat stuff couldnt the so called security guards stop women entering in saris with paltes and divas in hand in the gurdwara or were they 2 busy checking them out well they did let in RSS Ramdev remember --- Sikhs women have got no sharam at all they ignore the teachings of the gurus and do this crap and then cliam the knw guru granth sahib Afghani sikh women go as far as giving food 2 nihsan sahib - the nishan sahib is a mere symbol of sikh rule and sovriegnty not an idol 2 be worshiped and fed......they make me sick these women do they dress up as if they going 2 a wedding they cme 2 show off in gurus darbar along with thier hindu tikkas and plates with divas and other stuff in and no sikhsangat has the guts 2 confront them apart 4rm a few singhs evry week sumin happens at southall gurdwara and its getting worse week by week no1 wants 2 do nufin ,,starving 1 self is useless and is slavery i duno why sikh women do it they blind i guess and they fink its right 2 do it ,,why cant hindus park thier cars in thier own car park and take thier silly plates 4rm thier own mandir and do thier ting der why cme 2 our guru ghar and do anti gurmat practices sum peepz may say im going mad but im statin da truth What happned 2day was wrong and the sikh community well whats left of it should be ashamed and hang thier heads in shame 4 yet another incident of beadbi if hindu/sikh women did this in a mosque i doubt very much they would leave the mosque in the same state they came in ... Practise gentleness and contentment and remain free from three modes.2.

ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਲੋਭ ਹਠ ਮੋਹ ਨ ਮਨ ਸੋ ਲਯਾਵੈ ॥

काम क्रोध हंकार लोभ हठ मोह न मन सो लयावै ॥

Keep your mind unattached from lust, anger, greed, insistence and infatuation,

ਤਬ ਹੀ ਆਤਮ ਤਤ ਕੋ ਦਰਸੇ ਪਰਮ ਪੁਰਖ ਕਹ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੩॥੧॥

तब ही आतम तत को दरसे परम पुरख कह पावै ॥३॥१॥

Then you will visualize the supreme essence and realise the supreme Purusha.3.1.
