Three Young Gursikhs Pass Away In Lake District Tragedy

In remembrance of these three young souls who gave up their lives trying to save one another from drowning after an accident in the Lake District on Saturday 23rd September 2006.

I agree whole heartedly with these statements. I live in Canada and I have been profoundly affected by this incident. Their jeevans have inspired me to focus on what i so deeply believe in. The ekta of the panth. The brotherhood of these young khalsa soldiers has made me realize how precious unity is. It also has helped me realize that saying your a sikh is one thing, but living by the tennats our gurus have laid before us is quite another. They are always in my prayers. And I have an immense love for them. I am saddened, not because they have died, because i know in my heart they are with our guru and they are happy. But I am saddened because the panth needed youth like this. Everyday i think about them and it is inspiring me to step up my sikhi. I pray their families find peace in this tough time.
