Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!!

Bhai Harvinder Singh, Bhai Tajinder Singh & Bhai Satvir Singh were exemplary Khalsa Youth practicing Sikhi to their very last breath. The Three Panth Rattans will forever remain an inspiration to generations of UK Sikhs.

The Khalsa Panth is a brother/sisterhood under the guidance of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. These youth remained in Chardi Kala and kept Gurbani at the forefront of their Amritdhari lives. Their passing away is the greatest example of how Sikhs must live their lives.

The Three Panth Rattans felt the bond between each other because their Guru was the same. They lived by the ideals enshrined within the Khalsa Panth. Their sacrifice for each other will remind the UK Sikh Community that we are all one.

Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is the bond of the UK Sikh Community. Once the UK Sikh Community realises this, beadbi towards Guruji will stop forthwith.

The Three Panth Rattans passed their test in Gursikhi. Guruji has blessed them with a life and a death that other Sikhs can only dream of.

Dhan Guru Dhan Guru Pyare.

Gurfateh!!

In the Love of God, one does not fear death.

The events of the last week have touched the hearts of the Sikh community

as a whole. Not only in this country, but throughout the world, Sikhs are

learning of the tragedy of September 23rd and feeling the pain of the

premature departure of Bhai Tajinder Singh, Bhai Satvir Singh and Bhai

Harvinder Singh deep within their hearts.

Even those who have never met these three souls are feeling the ache of

separation and the void their loss leaves on this world. The Guru's Will is

often hard to fathom, its hard to accept. However, we must remember he

alone is called a Gursikh who walks in the will of the Lord.

Death is a awful consequence of this human life form we have, another one

of the pains which afflicts the mortal mind. Guru Jee reminds us that the

true death is that of a pious Gursikh who eats, sleeps, lives and breathes

the True Lords virtues.. for such a Gursikh death is only a pain for those

the soul will leave behind.

Young Sikhs from Leicester are part of those who these Gursikhs have left

behind, their legacy lives on within and amongst our sangat. As our weekly

divaan commences this evening, the group of 100+ who attend will attune

their minds to the Virtues of Akaal Purukh and recite Chaupayee Saahib

Paath for the souls of these three beloved Gursikhs who have returned to

their abode. We pray the Lord blesses them with a resting place at His

charan.

We will also do Ardaas for the family and friends these Gursikhs have left

behind. May Maharaaj Jee bless all who have felt this loss, with the

ability to accept this all as His Divine Will and may all have the strength

to follow in the footsteps of these three brave soldiers of the Army of

Akaal.

Anybody from in and around Leicester is asked to take part in this Ardaas

which will be taking place before the Friday Night Youth workshop - let us

all pay homage and ask Guru Jee for support, faith and guidance at this

difficult time.

The loss of these Singhs has been a sad loss to us.. but i belvie their sacrifices have not gone in vein as i belives some sikh youths have been woken up by the events that took place and really has really shook their orginal belifs on how they live their lives. Lots of people have started to now learn more about Sikhi and others have been now blessed with the thirst for Amrit

May Akaal Purakh Bless Us All

Above all have love for one another as this will show love for GOD!

These are attributes they promoted, these Gursikhs have left this earth but they have promoted sikhi through there very extinct.

Saadh Sangat Jee, i'm sure you are all aware of the recent tragic loss of 3 singhs; shows how fragile life can be.

A continuation of keertan programmes have been arranged at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Bradford on Saturdays for the northern sangat. This to commemorate this loss as well as sitting together as one, and doing what's more important in life.

The keertan smagam will be over 3 weekends so please make a note of the dates:

30th September

7th October

14th October

Timings for each keertan darbar will be 7pm onwards; there is no time restriction.

Everybody should participate for keertan seva.

In addition, Mata Chanan Kaur Jee passed away this wednesday. She was a mother figure to all of the local Bradford sangat at Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara and Gurdwara Singh Sabha. She shared great love and spirit and spent most of her life in seva.

So let us come together for this cause, as well as for the brave 3 singhs who died saving each other.
