Some of us of course are not as strong to take in this kind of sad news. But at the end we have to accept it as His will and console ourselves and support each other by taking refuge in Naam Baani. (I must admit easier said than done).

It appears a combination of events led to this tragic accident eg 1. very cold water - due to which hypothermia sets in within minutes, 2. rescuing a non-swimmer requires life guard expertise which we don't know whether our two brave brothers had, 3. swimming with clothes on isn't easy.

i liken these singhs to raindrops....

like a raindrop leaves its cloud and makes its final decent, only then does it realise its true meaning

only for it to collide with earth and dissolve away

Its just amazing how this play is being played out. It was hukam that made Satvir Singh take his amrit a couple of days before and be ready to accept guru's hukum. Its almost as if he made sure that when the time came, he had made all his preparations.

Lets just reflect on this, we are always making excuses that we will take amrit one day, but it may be too late, you never know when your time will come.

The three gursikhs were all prepared !!! Are we ???
