If you consider langar as Guru Ka Langar and eat it..this will improve your sikhi...If you have shanka and say "oh this is not tasty" then it will not improve you spiritual jeevan. if any ill people came to Sri Maan 108 Sant Baba Isher Singh J Rara Sahibwale they would cure them by saying go and eat Guru Ka langar and you will get better.
