heheheheh wow....that was a fun post to read by miss shernee..... especially the part about "wack shie"... that was funy..

but she's right mainly too... the best way is to avoid any such company that would bring your thoughts to that..

if you truly feel that what you're going through is kaam, then take the necessary steps to defeat it

Do ardaas to Maharaaj. Do it daily. Beg to vaheguru. See yourself as a child of Vaheguru asking, please, pelase, please Vaheguru jeeyo, pita jeeyo, please remove these things from me.. Do it daily, or everytime you do ardaas..

  Thanks for this. It combines the four approved sources (Guru Granth Sahib ji, Dasam Granth Sahib, Bhai Gurdas ji (both Vaar and Kabitt), and Bhai Nand Lal ji in one place. The English translation is the Sant Singh Khalsa and the Punjabi is the Principal Sahib Singh. These aren't that great, but at least they are better than some even worse ones floating around these days.
