~Japji Sahib Vichar Sagar~must Must Must Must Read

I have started listening to japji sahib vichar sagar deep divine meanings of gurbani by gyani thakur singh ji which required gyani ji close to 80 hours to do the full japji sahib katha which is exteremly deep. This is for actual seekers who are willing to learn depth of gurbani. Can i also make a request to admin to make this sticky post? Thank you in advance.

So I have managed with my limited buddi to translate just 1 file out of 81 audio files by gyani discourse in punjabi into my broken english..translations are not fully carbonn copy. I have translated whatever will be exteremely helpful to sangat. Mind you, in course of translation, i also have to make sure this stuff does not confuse the sangat..so i have kept it simple. I have probably have made enough mistakes while translating bhul chuk maph.

1st tape covers vast knowledge of "ikongkar".

Here is the actual vichar of what ikongkar means:

Sidhas told guru ji - in vedas- there is aom, why did you add "ik" "ong" "kar" and made it "ikongkar". Guru Ji said - aom means trinity (rajo, tamo, sato guni), is made of akar, okar, makar- akar is rajoguni represents bhrama(creator of world), okar is satogun represents vishnu(preserver) and makar is tamogun repersents shivji(destroyer). Guru ji asked sidhas, in this aom, show me where is vahiguroo who is the creator of these three dieties???

Sidhas all went in silence.

Guru ji further explained - Ik represents advait sidhant (non-duality)and it also break rules like - bhramin caste can only recite aom/ong, khatri can only listen to it but not recite and vaish/shadur caste cannot recite aom or listen. Guru Ji further asked sidhs if wives of bhramin, khatri, vaish/shadur have right to recite/listen aom? Sidh replied- no even they don't. Guru ji replied and said - then the aom is only for bhramins..that's why i have added- Ik in front.

Ong represent combination of aom - akar,okar, makar- Rajoguni, ,Satogun, Tamogun.

Kar represents god in nirgun roop (non-existent, inaccessible). Kar is actual karan(cause)/karaj(task) roop of ong. God being in nirgun gave nourishment/power to bhrama (deity) to create this world, vishnu to perserve and shiv ji to destroy.

that's why i have added- Ik infront which is advait (non-duality), ong - resosance(hound) which creates trinity and kar at the end to represent - God's actual roop - Nirgun(non-existent, inaccesiable, agam, agochar) and made - Ikongkar like as if rain pours every-where..it' belongs to everyone...anyone can recite it regardless of race, religion, creed, status... - men, women, children..anyone..because we actually reciting god's name ultimately...no one has monoply over god.

Guru ji further told sidhas that we only recite one's god name with no duality, sing his praises only, only talk about one, only worships one, only sevak of one.

Iko Jap iKO Salaihhe ||

Kar Ardh Bin Paichayan, Chaauro Ko Samadho Jo Ongkar painchayan ||

When we recite Ikongkar...it takes our surat(concentration) to upper realms naturally. Yogi sidhas usually recite aom aom to reach upper realms but since they are reciting aom they get darshan(vision) of three devta's - bhram, vishnu, shiv instead of higher supreme reality. recitation is not complete. It's only complete if one recites kar with aom or ikong because when we recite kar. It takes us to upper realm in dasam dwara where we get "Atam Anand/Bhram Anand" . There are two types of anand- 1. Bhram anand. 2. Yoga Ananda.. Bhram anand is never ending always infinte anand one gets compare to yoga anand which is temporary after surat goes down...yoga anand disappears. Guru Nanak dev ji wrote kar which has all the parkash.

There are 6 things which vahiguroo give parkash-

Bijli- Lighting

Tare- Star

Suroj- Sun

CHandarama - Moon

Munuk di buddi- Being intellect

Earth- Fire.

Full gurbani from siri guru granth sahib ji came from Ikongkar.

Bij Mantar Sab Ko Gian | (Sukhmani Sahib)

Root mantra gives everyone light of supreme knowledge.

Bij Mantar is - Ikongkar.

Gyani ji also says- not to recite Ikongkar alone because of its intensity..people like us cannot handle it's intensity..that's why guru ji added- Ikongkar Satnaam Kartapurkh Nirbhau Nirvair Akaal Morat Ajoni Saibhang Gurparsad Jap Ad Such Jugad Sach Hai Bhi Sach Nanak Hosi Bhi Sach ||

Sidhas said, we understood there are six vaikhyan's(understanding layers) of Ik. We managed to get all of them except padched roop of ik. Can you please explain us?

Guru Nanak dev Ji further explained:

Ik is free from "sajati" (human race) in other words can't be hold under that category.

Ik is free from "vijati" (tree, animals, birds, 84 reincarnation of animals, change in evolution) in other words cannot be hold under that category.

Ik is free from "sway gat bhed" . Sidhas asked, how in sway gat bhed out of seed, tree and branches appears. Does whole creation comes out from him like that too and take a form? Guru Ji, said No- in Nirgun form (non transcedent) there is only nirgun non transcedent form nothing else. God does not have hand, eyes, ears but still god listens to everything and everyone, and present every where and see everything and everyone.

Ik is free from "Desh kal vashto"- God does not have any country, he is everywhere. He does not need passport or visa to visit places. Ik is also free from all realms ie- shiv puri, bhram puri, indar puri. Ik is sarab vyapak.

Dasam patasah says:

Ad Ant Eka Avtara Sio Guru Samajho Hamra

Namaskar Tissi Ko Hamri Sagal Parja Ko Ap Savairi ||

Ik is free from "Kaal(time/birth /death)". He is free from time. He is free from birth/death. Guru Ji said, bhram, vishnu, shiv (aom) is bound within kaal? they are going to go one day even maya is within kaal(time). Why called bhrama, vishnu, shiv - bhrama(God in Nirgun form)? It's only ik that is outside time(kaal) and free from time. Like for example- sun never stop giving its ray it's earth that rotated around the sun causing sun set and sun rise.

Ik is free from upadhi like with wind, water moves that is called upadhi(change).

Ik orginal state in nirgun( non-transcedent) when ik decides to transform itself(not fully) into many roops/forms/transcedent state with maya. Maya gives birth to three gunas(attributes) - Rajo Gun , Tamo Gun And Sato Gun. Being with pure sato gun, maya, soul is called Isher(Ishvar).

We(Human) also have all three attributes- rajo gun, tamo gun, not purest sato gun.

Deities are also made of rajo gun, tamo gun, sato gun(purest)ie- akar, okar, makar

Being with full tamo gun and no rajo or sato gun are called daits/rakashs/demons.

Ik made 5 Elements( Water, ether(sky), light(fire), air, earth) out of 5 elements Ik made 25 parkriti.

Human Being has three upadhis(change) - supoan avastha(dream state), jagrath avastha(awakened), sukhopath avastha(dreamless sleep)

"The first avastha(saupon avastha) is when the mind is interacting with sensory information, the second(jagrath avastha) when the senses are generally less active, but the mind is still projecting images and experience in sleep, and the third is dreamless sleep(sukhopath avastha), when the mind is not active but is really more akin to non-consciousness. "

Isher(ishvar) also have above three upadhis(change) only difference isher upadhis(change) are powerful than human being.

Ist Upadhi in ishvar(isher)- Vairaat ( Jagrath Avastha/awaken state) - Controls all realms, stars, moon, soraj.

Once Arjun asked krishan ji show me your vairaat saroop. Then Krishan showed isher huge saroop in which 7 ethers/sky are consider isher (head), 7 patals are consider his feets, vital force system is consider his nostrils, chand(moon) and sooraj(sun) are considered his eyes. His heart is considered as Vishnu and bhram and shiv are considerd his two hands. All nadis(oceans) are consider his veins and all the mountains are consider his bones and all the nature are considered his praticles(rom).

2nd Upadhi in Ishvar (isher) - Hiran Garb (Supan avastha/dream state). Hiran means parkash(light). The upadhi that gives light while isher is sleeping(supan avastha) is called Hiran Garb.

3rd upadhi in ishvar(isher) is - Abhya Kirat (sukhopat avastha/dreamless state). The upadhi(change) which is present in isher(dreamless state) is called Abhya kirat.

Now God(ik) does not have any of these three states(upadhis). He is above all. If we were to claim god to be in awaken state(jagrath avastha) that means god also has two other upadhis- dream state, dreamless state, that is wrong. Therefore, god(IK) is above all state.

Pirthame On(g)kar So Dhun Poran Jagat Mae Raha ||

Fist ongkar was recited and that resosance created world and give nourishment to this world. (Siri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Dasam Granth Sahib)

Ongkar aad kathni anad, Khal Khand Khyal Gurbar Akaal ||

Ongkar Bhrama Utpat ||

Gyani talks about in the katha- bhrama(creator) came from ongkar resosance.

Ongkar Kiya Jin Chit ||

Then bhrama did bhagti on ongkar for thousands of years. After that Nirgun asked him, what do you want? Bhram asked god to give him powers to create the world.

Ongkar Saiyel Jug Paie ||

Ongkar Vaid Nirvaie ||

Guru Nanak Dev Ji said, with ongkar - Nirgun transcedents it's attributes into sargun.

Tape 4 of 81:

Guru Nanak Dev Ji said there are eight arths of ong/aom kar to sidhas.

1. Shankhayati Arth of ongkar/aomkar : Ongkar means parkashask of everything and every being in other words ongkar gives light to everything and every being.

2. Vaikaryan Arth of Ongkar- combination of aom - akar,okar, makar- Rajoguni, Satoguni,Tamoguni.

3.According to yog mat, their usage of ong/oam kar- When they recite ong, ong, ong. With their breath using Ira(left nostril vein), Pingla (right nostril vein), Sukhmana (Center vein which connect ira and pingla together). Using Ira Vein yogis inhale while recite recite ong ong 12 times with their breath and they stop their breath while reciting 16 times ong ong then they bring it down while reciting ong ong 12 times and exhale it and the same procedure is followed while they recite it with pingla(right nostril vein) this helps them to take their breath to tenth door( dasam dwar chakra).

4. According to Vaishnu mat: they use ong/aom kar to desire to get whatever they wish from God.

5. Arth according to Matra Bhed: akar, okar, makar- akar is rajoguni represents bhrama, okar is satogun represents vishnu and makar is tamogun repersents shivji.

6. Ongkar has it's attributes : av - A(palna/nourishment), V(Rakhiya/Protection). Where nourishment is known as jog, and protection is known as khem. Now even jog and khem gets divided into two categories:

One category is people who did jap of ongkar with sahikham bhavna(desire for worldly stuff- son, money, status) that is jog, then same people further jap of ongkar for khem(protection).

Second category: Second category is people who do jap of ongkar with nishkham (without expecting anything in return). God gives seven divine phases of knowledge(jog) and it's protection (khem).

a) Good Wish- I am abide by the wishes of the great person. Should I ask him how ignorance is removed such a feeling is known as Good Wish.

b).Good Consideration: To adopt good qualities after having throught over his word and to renounce demerits.

c) Tanun Mansa: To Turn thoughts and instincts into subtle form through meditation and penances and remove Haume, ego.

d). Satvapati: To have gained knowledge about the soul to consider the world untrue, non living and house of pain. To Treat all visible like a dream and feel non-existing.

e) Asanshkit: As human while in "sukhupati" is insight the Sun of Bliss having no sensations for outer pleasure or pain. All doubts and apprehensions removed imaging about conduct over goes above the daily needs of food, drink, hunger, thrists and the quality of happiness and sorrow.

f) Padarth- Bhami- God is not separate from me. He recognises his roots orginal source. Forgets about body needs and actions whether or not you get food gets immaterial and he is content without eating any thing. No ripple in the realm of desire transcedents worldly behaviours are disciplines.

g) Turia Avastha (satvi bhumika/7th realm)- God is visible everywhere looks upon himself distinct and orginal to deeper spiritual knowledege. This is seventh phase of knowledge called Turia. Knowner of the Divine Being is always imbued with his own soul the pure being and lives in him.

7 and 8 arths were not mentioned in gyani ji tapes or it may have been mentioned in the tape..due to subtle mentioning of meaning 7 and 8 arths(meaning). I might have missed it. I appolize for that.

Sidhas were completey satisfied with Ik ongkar explanation by Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Siri Guru Nanak dev ji is now explaining Sat Nam meaning to sidhas:

"Sat" "Naam" is divided into Bhod which means attribute / Bhodak means name..whereas Sat is Bhod(attribute) and Naam is bhodak...

Sat is Satya(truth) which resides in everybody. Sat saroop of Vahiguroo is Naam. Naam- Ongkar. Ongkar is "Satnaam".

Satnaam is popular in all three lokas.

Then Siri Guru Nanak Dev ji explained Karta Purkha meaning to sidhas:

Karta- Doer/creator. Vahiguroo is karta of three lokas, divinity(Dieties), realms, 84 million reincarnations and gives vital force, food, air, water, earth, ether, fire etc etc so that being can survive.

Vahiguroo is karta and his creations are "Karaj".

Purkh- Purkh is Pooran. Only Akaal "Purkh" is only real purkh.. purkh is vachan of pati, we are his istraiye (wives/patni's).

To reinforce Guru Ji updesh,

gyani ji shares an sakhi once in ludhiana, there was gurmukh/mahapursh bhramgyani saint named- baba ban batta. Baba ji always used to hold an ban(arrow) and wear khadar cloth to cover up and all day used to wander around like mastna in the village .

In close by village, there was another female saint bhramgyani - named Chando. Chando also used to wander around naked in the village. Everyone respected her, they all knew she was very high elevated saint. When baba ban batta came in her village, saint chando quickly get a cloth from someone to cover herself and bow down(matha taiked) to baba ban batta. Upon this incident, one shopkeeper was suprised to see this incident and asked her, why you cover yourself only when he comes not other times you don't feel shy infront of us.

She replied in carefree tone, are you people even bandaie/males? you people are still istraie roop (wives) roop. Only baba ban batta is purkh(real mard/man) because he is bhram gyani. He did bhagti of that akaal purkh that akaal purkh attributes came in him. He also became purkh..

Guru ji further explains,

purkh- pur® like there soo many poris(realms) including realms. akaal purkh is every where as (kh)sky because he is creator, saver, destroyer.

Gyani explains,

that purkh word is refered to satguru ie- Satpurkh, mahatama(saint/bhramgyani)ie- Mahapurkh in Sargun form (human form of god).

Karta purkh is used to explain - Nirgun (non-existent form of god)

Naam Rahio Sadhu Rahio, Rahio Gur Gobind Kaho Nanak Eh Jagat Mein Ki Japiyo Gurmant ||

Siri Guru Nanak Dev ji explained Nirbhau meaning to sidhas:

Nirbhau is free from fear.

When one does jaap of nirbhau(akaal purkh), akaal purkh gives that person that attribute- nirbhau(free from fear).

There are many people who claim themselves fearless ie- harnakash and others. They claimed themselves to be God(Nirbhau). Nirbhau(god) trascedents its attributes into narsingh avtar to gave him fear and broke his ahankar(ego).

Nirbhau also means god keeping everyone in the fear. Ie-

Bhai Vich Soraj, Bhai Vich Chand

Koh Krori Chalt Na Anth ||

Bhai Vich Sabh Akar Hai Nirbhau Har Jio Saoi ||

Then Guru ji explained Nirvair meaning to sidhas:

Nirvair- God is free from Vair. God is not enemy but freind of all. One who does jaap of nirvair (akaal purkh)also becomes Nirvair.

Na Koi Varri, Nahi Bejhna Sagal Sang Humko Ban Aie ||

Gyani said, this divine interpertation of japji sahib came from sant baba sunder singh ji bhindranvaley who had direct revealation/expereince with divine while reciting japji sahib. Then he wrote japji sahib teeka which is exteremly hard to comprehend by normal people. This teeka was further explained in katha by sant gurbachan singh ji bhindranvaley in simplified manner and then given to his student- sant baba kartar singh ji bhindranvaley who passed down to his students.

Guru ji explained arth of akaal morat to sidhas since they never heard of it before:

Akaal(God) Moorat(hasti(icon), hound, vajiood).

Akaal Morat is free from all the other moratiya's- idols, human being because akaal is free of death/birth and is timeless. so therefore akaal morat cannot come under visible mortiya's(icons).

A means rehat(Free), Kaal means-birth/death. Akaal is free from birth/death and is beyond.

Akaal is rehat(free) from kalpana(imagination).

Akaal also means kalank.

Kalankh Bina Neh Kalki Saroopaie || (Jaap Sahib).

Even though Akaal Morat is free from Morat. Akaal Morat makes mortiya. For like example:

Ika Maie Jugath Vaie Tin Chelae Parvan

Ik Sansari, Ik Bhandari, Ik Laie Divann ||

Tin Chailae- Bhrama, Vishnu, Shiv.

Then Guru Ji explained meaning of "Ajooni Saihbhangh"

Ajooni means akaal purkh is free from joun(reincarnations/incarnations/).

Jin Ae Likhye Tes Sir Nahi

Jiv farmaie Tebh Tebh Bhaie ||

Whosoever does jaap of that ajooni ongkar, also gets this attribute of ajooni in them.

Saihbhangh means ongkar is a lighthouse itself and does not need light from others in fact he gives light to all being.

Saih means- everybody and bhangh means give parkash(light) to everybody.

Ie- Chandar Ma(Moon), Soraj(Sun), Tarie(Stars), Asmni Bijli(Lightning on the sky), and even intellect of being gets parkash (light) from ongkar. Also our sight, ears, sound all gets nourishment(parkash/light) from ongkar.

Gyani further gives example of kohinoor hira(diamond)how it radiants an light in dark naturally without any need of electric mechanisim..ongkar/akaal purkh gives light to everyone without getting light or help from others.

Then Guru explained - "Gur" "Parsad" to sidhas:

Gur means Chaitan saroop(pure consciousness iconsness exist everywhere/sarab vaipakh yet non-existent nirgun).

Gu means agyan daie hanraie(darkness because of ignorance) and r/ru means light. Bringing being from darkness to light is called Gur/ru.

Gur akhar derived from Gir Akhar. Gir means Negating. Like for example- Satguru negates sikh's agyan.

Parsad means anand saroop

Par-S(w)aad is free from swaad, maya, vishaiye and it's nirlaip.

Parsad that gives whole universe support. Parsad is Grace(Kirpa) from God.

Sidhas asked Guru Ji- how can one acquire ikongkar Satnam Karta Purkh Nirbhau Nirvair Akaal Morat Ajooni Saihbhangh ??? Guru ji said- by GUR PARSAD.

Sidhas then asked Guru sahib if the mantar - Ikongkar Satnaam Karta Purkh Nibhau Nirvair Akaal Morat Ajooni Saihbhang Gurparsad || has or follow four anubands 1) - Adhakari Anuband 2. Visha Anubhand 3.Paryougan Anuband 4. Sabhand Anuband. ??

If you could please prove us and otherwise we will NOT consider this mantar to be correct.

Guru ji said, mantar has all 4 anubands and will be proven.

Anuband means: Anu(stablity) band( rules followed by puratan granths).

Gyani further talked about sidhas, how they lived in mountains. There were 84 sidhas and were chelas of gorak nath. Gorak Nath himself requested Siri Guru Nanak dev ji to have discussion with his chelas. Gorak Nath shared his greif with guru ji regarding his chelas who they were abusing spiritual powers and became very egoistcal(ahankaris) that they were not even listening to me.

Guru ji explained:

Adhakari anuband (Being who can read mool mantar and do seva of siri guru granth sahib). Satnam is adhakari anuband of ikongkar.. Guru ji explained a person who does not forget god 24 hours and does recitation of "Sat Nam" has a right(adhakari) to recite mool mantar.

Adhkari has 4 characteristics, if these characteristics are not present then person is not adhkari/does not have right.

1. Bibek -Recnognizing reality- world is false, god was truth/is truth and will be truth, one that knows one self by negating ignorance is bibek.`

2. Vairaag- God itself is deattached(vairaagi) because there is no maya, in order for person to meet god. That person must also have vairaag - nirlaip from maya(free from materialstic/superfical things).

3. Khat Samti- sam(stoping mind to go all over the place), dham (control 5 senses), sharda (full faith) , samadan (shavdhan/be careful/sit in meditation free from laziness), upram (being turned off from wordly things and sit in meditation), pratikhsa (consider thrist, hunger, happiness, sorrowness as ONE, be in will of god)

4. Moksh Icha- Desire for jevan mukhti(salvation).

Guru ji then explained, visha anuband is "Karta Purkh" after Sat Nam. Karta purkh is our visha anuband. Visha(purpose) of Mool mantar is bring jiv atma closer and united with Vahiguroo.

Vichraie Melaie Parbhu Har Dhargaie Kai Bai Saiet

Har Namio Mantar Dharanga Katae Humai Rog

Nanak Satguru Tina Milaya Jina Dhuraie Paie Sanjog ||

Guru ji went on further and explained- Paryougan Anuband- Nirbhau and Nirvair is Paryuogan Anuband. Nirbhau state is free from birth and death and Nirvair state is reaching Atma. Guru ji said, accomplishing infinite happiness and parmanand(supreme bliss) is paryoagan anuband of mool mantar.

Guru ji then explained - Sabhand Anuband- Akaaal morat and Ajooni Saihbhangh is sabhand anuband. Ajooni is free from reincarnations, Saihbhangh has `parkashak attributes. One can acquire such parkash(light) from vedas, granths. Saihbhangh is pirthpadak(knower of bhram attributes). Akaal is free from time, birth/death and Moorat is hasti is worth knowning is prithpad. Akaal Morat and Ajooni saihbhang are related with each other they are bhod and bhodak where Bhod which means attribute / Bhodak means name, pirthpadak and pirthpad.

Guru ji then said to sidhas all these 4 anubands -1) - Adhakari Anuband 2. Visha Anubhand 3. Sabhand Anuband. 4. Paryougan Anuband that you received in the Sermon cannot be accomplished by Guru Di Kirpa(Grace of True Guru). Thus Mantar ends with "Gurparsad" (grace of true guru).

Sidhas after listening to this sermons- said to guru ji we are not fully satisfied with this sermon. We still have doubts. Guru ji said - without hestitation ask any questions you have regarding this.

Sidhas then told, all the mantars so far had 4 dosh in them . We are wondering if mantar you reciten (Ikongkar Satnam Karta Purkh Nirbhau Nirvair Akaal Morat Ajoni Saihbhang Gurparsad ||) also has 4 dosh( subtle errors) in it???. Guru ji said - no it does not have those 4 dosh( subtle errors)

Gyani explained what those 4 dosh were:

1. Ativayapti dosh- dosh which has duality.

2. Abhayapti Dosh- Dosh has dual meaning of same word.

3. Asambhav Dosh- Asambhav Dosh means lacking of factual information, information seems completely impossible/untrue.

4. Guravta Dosh- It means something which has been over complimented(upma)/something blown out of proportion.

Sidhas asked Guru ji again if these four things exist in your mantar? Guru ji said- these dosh are not present in the mantar.

Sidhas then asked more questions to guru ji so they can find any subtle errors in guru ji mantar.

Sidhas said, we do understand - Ik which is advait saroop(non-duality) and ongkar is parkashak of every being and god its in nirgun form. You wrote - "Satnam". According to our school of thought- mantar should have been completed until Ik ongkar Sat why there was a need to add Naam to make it Sat Naam?

Sidhas asked this question to an intention to find 4 faults (dosh) in this and prove guru ji wrong and make guru ji our chela.

Guru ji then replied, if i were to write Ikongkar Sat itself that would have been incomplete like for example if i were to say- this is sweet, this is sweet you will eventually ask me - what is sweet? similarly to make complete sense of mantar- I have added Naam because Naam is parsid(popular) in all the realms.

Sat akhar is also used in different school of thought ie- nayak mat. Nayak Mat consider Sat to be only sky(ether) because it does not get ever destroyed and born out of tamogun. They also consider being to be Sat because of generations kept coming..that's how world kept surviving. Guru ji said- I wanted to use Sat to describe an attribute of God. But to avoid confusion and also this mat would have over-flattered themselves by telling that i have supported their school of thought by using sat and would have spread misinformation that sat means - sky and being.

Ikgonkar is Sat and its Name is also Sat(truth)

Sidhas asked, why there was need for karta purkh, mantar could have ended up like ikongkar satnam. Guru ji replied, naam akhar can be also referred to deh dari in the society..everyone has a name...people would have abused mantar that was given by akaal purkh to me by attaching naam akhar to this mortal being.

Gyani ji added to guru ji notion and gave modern time example to reinforce guru ji's point- how sarsaie waley used gurbani as their propaganda in gurbani there is mention of this tuk- Sant Sajan bhaie Sarsaie Poora Gur Taie Jani ||.

Sarsia mat (school of thought) spread misinformation that saints only born in sarsaie(area) and in their mat.

Guru ji said just to avoid confusion of people and telling this world that satnam i have recited it's not for any mortal being, it's an attribute belongs to Akaal Purkh and reinforce that point karta was added to the mantar because he is creator of this universe. Sidhas agreed with Guru ji and said now we understood but now please you tell us why there was a need to add purkh with karta? Guru ji said, if i were to say akhar karta then more emphasis could have put on karta(creator)- people could have interperted in various ways ie- creator of gold, creator of pots, creator of shastra.. then everyone would have used the word "i am karta" " i m a karta". .. these karta's (creation out of man made) are temporal...that's why i have used purkh (pooran/enlightner) so to avoid confusion and misinterperation of word karta which can be referred in the context of man made creation.

Aeho Jag Sach Ki Hai Khotri Sachaie Ka Vich Vas ||

Wordly karta's(creators) for example if they made gold..creator is not in the gold however when we look at vahiguroo(creator of this universe).. he the creator exist in his creation as well.

Sidhas were satisfied with guru ji's explanation, however they went further and said - if a person recites- Ikongkar satnaam kartapukh everyday, wouldn't that person can acheive salvation. Guru ji smiled and said- even meditation of ikongkar is enough to get bhramgyan..however, guru ji stressed on mantar had to be completed(sampuranta) according to akaal purkh hakum. Guru ji said, if i were to end the full mantar from ikongkar to karta purkh. There is Sankhia mat(school of thought) considers a mortal being (jev) to be Purkh. They would have used their means to misinterperate mantar and claimed that I have supported their school of thought.

They consider mortal being jev who is made of 24 tat vadi(elements) - 5 gyan indrai's/5 senses, 5 karam indrai, 5 asthol (tat)elements, 5 sukhsaum(subtle) elements, man(mind), tridha , ahankar, mani tat and pardan is equal to 24 elements which human is made of. 25th element is jev atma(soul). They consider jev atma to be akaal purkh which is not correct. Jev atma is not paratma(supreme soul) because of antish karan(acculmations of thoughts, desires, karmas).

Gyani further stressed, when jiv atma has to face death(kaal) and be in fear. Jiv atma(individualstic soul) screams in pain. Then how jev atma this mortal being can be purkh. A person who is feared cannot be purkh(paratma) because he is bhau(fear) not Nirbhau.

Guru ji said, that's why i had to add Nirbhau after karta purkh because only god is free from fear.

Sidhas were satisfied, and further asked why there was a need of addition of nirvair- Guru ji replied by giving example of harnakash. When he came in this world. He started claiming - Jalaie Harnakash, Thalie Harnakash (I am god), that i m not fear from anyone. People thought of him as a God however he didn't have all god's(sargun) attributes in him only he claimed he was nirbhau, Nirvair and that was not enough. Guru ji then gave another example of ravan. Even he claimed to be fearless(Nirbhau) by getting occult powers. These people on top of that, they start being rebellion against god's creation like for example- if someone didn't them worship they would be their enemy. Now if they were enemy, how could they have nirvair(without hate) attribute in them which is opposite to Vair(dushmani).

Sidhas were satisfied with Guru ji explanation but asked mantar could have ended until Nirvair. Why there was need for "akaal" ??

Guru ji said, listen saints (sant/mahatamas) can have nirbhau/nirvair attributes because of high enlighten visions towards creation.

Shastar Thikhan Kat Daraio Mannai Kino Rous ||

Meaning: If anyone chops saints body or kill them, they don't blame anyone.

They say- This person came in will of god. They consider enemy as their owns.

They consider creation as vahiguroo's creation. They don't have vair(rebellion nature) against anyone.

However guru ji said, even saints, guru's have to go from this world. Death takes them. But there is a difference between holy person going and normal person going just how cat(death) treats her kitten ie- pick them up and nourish them nicely but with the same teeeth how she tears apart her haunt. Guru's/saints are nirvair but they are not akaal (timeless) because they have to go one day, even their physical being ( made of 5 main elements) has to face death.

That's why i have written Akaal because free from death(kaal) can only be akaal purkh.

Sidhas asked, why there was a need to add morat, mantar could have ended up at Ikongkar to Akaal?

Guru ji replied, according to kaal vadi vishaikekh matt. They consider kaal(past, present,further/death) to be Akaaal. If moorat wouldn't be attached with akaal then this school of thought would have accused me to use their akhar and would have misinterpertated.

According to vaikhyaran- Moraat can be also said as Amoorat be- free from morat and it's timeless. Kaal which they(vishaikekh matt) consider akaal(god) concepts get debunked when whole bhramand(realms) get destroyed.

Siri guru gobind singh ji mentions in dasam guru granth:

Kalan Ko Kaal, Maha Kalan Ko Kaal hai ||

Guru Ji, further said there was need for moorat/amorat because when vahiguroo creates subtle elements and still havent created 5 asthohol tats(elements). Point where god creates 5 subtle elements before 5 subtle elements and 5 asthohol elements have merged that point you guys have consider consider Akaal. That's why i have added Moraat/Amoorat because akaal is free from time, space, point, birth, death.

Sidhas were satisfied and further asked, why there was a need of "Ajooni"?? Mantar should have ended from ikongkar to akaal morat?

Guru ji replied, the reason there was need to add ajooni because according to kayka mat(school of thought) who consider moorat to be anu(molecules) and cannot be seen but yogis with their surati(higher consciousness) can see such molecules replicating from which whole universe is made.

Guru ji said, even if such molecules are consider moorat then they still take birth because of their vary nature of replication.

So if i would have ended up mantar until moorat then people would have been confused and more emphasis were drawn to moraat which according to kayak school of thought is molecule and according to other school of thoughts, they don't beleive in god they only beleive whole universe is made of molecules.

Guru Ji said, that's why I had to add further and link moraat with ajooni so mantar stays firmly at vahiguroo not get carried away elsewhere.

Sidhas were satisfied and further asked, why there was a need of "Saihbhangh"??

Mantar should have ended from ikongkar to saihbhangh?

Guru ji replied, ajooni (does not take birth or die, or be in reincarnation/incarnation). Guru ji asked, do you know when maya took birth ? They said, no we don't. Guru ji said, maya did not take birth and is also ajanmi( does not take birth or die). That's why if mantar would have ended in ajoni then people might consider i have referred to maya as ajooni in this context of mantar since maya does not take birth. Maya takes nourishment(light) from Vahiguroo this is called partya parkash. However, Vahiguroo is sutae parkash- the actual source.

Gyani ji gave example - Fans are running, Tubes are running are consider as partya parkash because they are taking parkash(light) from an electric current. When electric current is gone, tubes and fans are shut off. Light tubes itself cannot give light.

Guru ji said, that's why i had to add- Saihbhangh because maya being ajoooni takes light from an source(God) but it's not source itself. Vahiguroo itself is sutya parkash. Vahiguroo does not need to take parkash from anybody but maya needs parkash. If Vahiguroo takes away its nourishment(light) given to maya then maya gets destroyed.

Sidhas were satisfied with this answer but further inquired, Why have you added "Gur" Akhar after saihbhangh??

Guru ji replied, gur akhar means chaitan (sabh vayapakh- not existent yet existed everyone ).

There are school of thoughts who considers sun, moon, stars, lightning as saihbhang because of their nature of satuya parkash since sun, moon gives light to this earth by itself. Their intellect is just limited to that and consider sun, moon, stars, lightining as god and start worshipping them as soraj devta, shakti devi being lightning and forgetten about these things are creations of akaal purkh they are just like maya who also gets light from vahiguroo. Vahiguroo whenever wishes can take nourishment back.

To get rid of this doubt(duabta) and this duality of people. I had to use Gur Akhar which means Vahiguroo. Vahiguroo give nourishments to above all these things.

Guru ji said further, i have finished up this mantar with Parsad because Gur akhar was not complete. Parsad means- anand, kirpa(grace). Only with grace(parsad) of true Guru - Knowledge of god can be acquired.

Guru Ji then explained ik, went back to starting point since starting and ending akhars are extremely important in this mantar.

Guru ji explained how end akhar of this mantar is linked with "ik" "ongkar". He said in this world there are people who misinterpert parsad - anand and start devaluing anand word by using it soo loosely- I felt anand after eating, after resting, after bhog (sexual intercourse). People have consider such things as anand start calling vishey and bhog acts as anand. And there you have yogis who considers spike of bliss when they take their surat(concentration) on upper realms as supreme bliss. But when their surat gets down that spike of bliss(anand). Hence, it's called yoga anand.

That's why at starting i had to add ik - bhrama anand(supreme bliss) and also added ongkar to make it as first vak- Ikongkar because Vahiguroo is ik and one is also vahiguroo's maya. To avoid people drifting away towards maya i have added ongkar and also added- sat is because vahiguroo being truth in three kaals(Treh Kaal).

At this point sidhas after listening to such an lengthy divine discourses and completely being numb to Guru ji responses to their challenges. Sidhas all fell at Guru Ji's feet.

Tape 10 out of 81:

Sidhas asked: there are two lakhsans(characteristics) of vahiguroo: Saroop Lakshans, tastathi lakshan. We wanted to have full knowledge about these characteristics and also if these two (characterstics) exist in your mantar?

Guru Ji replied:

Saroop lakshans(characteristics) are those which exist in vahiguroo forever. They are - Sat Chatan Ananda. Guru Ji said- Ik, Sat, Akaal Morat, Ajooni, Saihbhang. These attributes are there in vahiguroo forever and they are called saroop lakshan(characteristics).

Tathasti Lakshans(characteristics) - There are other lakhsans(characteristics/attributes) which are visible depending on time.. they come and go. Guru Ji said - ongkar, Naam, karta purkh, nirbhau, nirvair all these attributes can be seen when vahiguroo creates this world. When this world is gone these attributes will not been seen.

World is gone in this order-

1. First water destroy this earth- earth gets merged in to water. 2. Agni(fire/heat) destroy water..water gets merged in agni(fire). 3. Air destroys fire, fire gets merged with air. 4. Sky(ether) destroys air, air gets merged with sky. Hence, all these 5 astohol elements(water, fire, earth, sky, air) goes backwards gets dissolved in 5 subtle elements and these 5 subtles elements get dissolved in three gunas [(rajo(bhrama), sato(vishnu), tamo(shiv)] and three gunas gets dissolved in maya(thought) then maya gets dissolved in Vahiguroo.

Sidhas were satisfied with this answer.

Then Sidhas asked Guru Ji, why did you wrote Jap? Guru Ji replied, mantar which is japann jog (mantar which is worth meditating upon) which was given by akaal purkh to me.

Jap is of three types:

1. Vachak- Recitten with tongue and can be heard by others.

2: Upas: Recitten with tongue also but less audible.

3. Manas- Meditation of Vahiguroo with mind..meditation through thought process.

First stage of gursikh is Vachak. Gyani Ji gave example of how siriman 108 sant baba sunder singh ji maharaj bhindranwaley used to do japji sahib first in one hour, then do second japji sahib in half an hour, then do third japji sahib in 15 minuites, then do fourth japji sahib in 10 minutes, then fifth time do japji sahib in 5 minutes.

In first stage, audible/dhuni gursikhs gets when reciting Vahiguroo loudly, gursikhs use that dhuni(tune) in their further stages and concentrate on that dhuni(tone).

Then Guru ji gave further explanation using sidhas school of thought, jap is also means vaid. Vaid means gyan(knowledge)...just how vaid gives this being gyan(knowledge). In same way, meditating(jap) and conteplating on gurbani gives this being bhram gyan(knowledge of nirankar).

Guru ji said,

Jap(meditation) is also done by:

1. Baikri Bani- When one recites naam with javan(tongue), hout(lips), khaieyal(thoughts) that is called Baikari Bani.

2. Madhma Bani- When one recites naam in Kant(throat) without moving lips...just with the thoughts is called Madhma Bani.

3. Pasanti Bani- When one recites naam in hirda(heart).

4. Para Bani- When one recites naam in Nabhi(Navel) without moving tongue and with the thoughts. In this stage vahiguroo naam gets infused in rom rom of the body. Meditation goes in automatic mode. There is no need for concentration.

Gurmukh Rom Rom Har Dhavaie ||

After 4th stage, one gets to very high stage. Where one can hear(jap-resonance,dhuni) with their surati in pretty much everything in this creation ie- walls, birds, leafs, animals, human being, even from realms (bhramands).

Dharat Patal Akash Hai Meri Jindaeriye

Sab Har Har Naam Dhavaiya Ram ||

It's amazing how jap(meditations) which starts from tongue of this beings, travels through all the stages within the body and outside the body ie- outside nature, realms. After going through all the stages. This being becomes bhramgyani and goes turiya avastha.

Gyani ji further added- Siri Guru Amar Das Ji son.. used to meditate on madma

bani(on throat/kant chakar) most of the time.

Jap akhar has different meanings according to one's suitable stage/capacity. Chanting, Recitation, Meditation - meditations on different chakaras.

Guru ji explained to sidhas on their query-

aad sach means you were always truth. One can find out when satyug(age of truth) started one cannot find existence of you- Vahiguroo- Aad Sach.

Jagud Sach- From the beginnning of all yugs you are truth.

Habhi Sach: Vahiguroo is truth in the present with no change.

Nanak Hosi bhi sach: Nanak says, vahiguroo will be always truth in future with no change.

There are 3 kals (past, present, future). However Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji used 4 kals. 1. Ad sach - which we dont have knowledge 2. Jugad Sach(past). 3. Hai Bhi Sach (present). 4. Hosi bhi sach(future) to explain.

After hearing this, all of them fell off Guru Maharaj feet. Everyone chanted - Dhan Nanak Dev teri vadi kamaie.

Sidhas asked Guru Ji- How can one get salvation? How can one breaks barrier between soul and bhram/paratama(god)? Can someone get salvation by being pure(bodily cleansing)?

Guru Ji said,

There is man di pavirta (cleansing of mind) and there is sirar di pavirtha (cleansing of body). Cleansing of body cannot be done fully never, because of its temporary nature of cleansing then going back to dirt.

Sochai Soch Na Houvi Jai Soche Lakh // ||

One can cleanse their body, lakh times (100,000 times) still body cannot be fully cleansed for forever.

Then Guru Ji further exclaimed:

Chupai Chup Na Hovaie ||

Jai Laya Liv tar ||

One even wants to stay queit(maun) in path of spirituality, one cannot acheive God.

In fact staying queit as penanace is against god's gift.. because with the tongue can meditate and sing devotional singing.

Bhukai Bhuk Na Utari

Jai Banna Poriya Bar ||

Even one gets all the kingdom of this world and other realms even then hungry persons hunger is not gone.

Bhuk(hunger) of trishna(desires) is endless.

Saihes Sanayap Lakh Hoi

Ta Ek Na Chalae Naal ||

With many knowledge (thousands, millions)and cleverness taken from many books. At the time of death, these knowledges does not give any help.

Gyani further explained by giving an example:

There was clever man named aflato, he came to know that he will die in few days. He made 45 status of him fully resembling him. It was that magnificently made that nobody can find any difference between statue and actual body. When death came to him, on that day- he sleep with the statues replica's of him. When angel of death came to get him, they got confused because of 45 replica's of the same person. They went back to dharam raja and said - we can't really recnognize him since there are 46 his kinds there. Dharamraja, started laughing and said- you should start looking at each statues and start over complimenting them from 1 to 6 statues and then when you get to 7th statue of aflato, find faults in him by saying- nose is bit disfigured. Angel of death did what they were told to do..when they went up to 7th statue and start find faults in statue's nose..real afalto got up and said - who has guts to find faults in statues?. Angel of death found out who the real afalto was and told him we found you even you tried your best to hide from the death.

Then Guru ji gave deep sermons on:

Sochai Soch Na Houvi Jai Soche Lakh // ||

With cleansing of body, mind does not get cleansed and still affected by 5 vices- Lust, greed, pride, anger, attachment.

If with only bodily cleansing, one can get salvation then frogs, fishes, water creatures would have controlled their mind and would have acheived salvation.

Chupai Chup Na Hovaie ||

Even if one tries to keep complete silence, still it does not help with cleansing just like if volume on a tape played can be fully decreased to zero, but inside there is that tape(mind) still running.

If one tries to silent their mind then one can automatically keep silence but if one tries to keep silence outwardly, mind will not get attuned to silence.

Jai Lahae Liv tar ||

Even by remaining lovingly absorbed deep within being silent one cannot acheive him.

Bhukai Bhuk Na Utari

Jai Banna Poriya Bar ||

Even one gets all the kingdom of this world and other realms even then hungry persons hunger is not gone.

Even if one ties himself with ropes of 5 senses forecefully and even if someone tries to keep barth(hunger strike) to control their mind.

With only naam, bhuk(hunger of desires, vices) can only be negated.

Saihes Sanayap Lakh Hoi

Ta Ek Na Chalae Naal ||

To get mind concentration, one can follow many cleverness in books, listen to lectures and tied yourself with it even then one's mind cannot be controlled

Gyani further explained by giving an example of raja paras nath. He was a ruler who had ruled full world. When full world was his control he went to his mother to get an blessing and thanked her because of your grace i am able to win and control small and large kingdoms of this world. His mother said, one kingdom you couldn't win. Raja asked which kingdom? She replied, Mann Raja Sultan. This really effected raja and he said, i shall win over mind as well. Raja went on mountains and start doing hard meditation (tapayasa) for many years. After soo many years when he couldn't win over his mind. He collected the wood, lit up the fire and jumped on the fire and died.

So with sanayap(cleverness) mind cannot be conquered.

Sidhas then asked:

kiv sachi-aaraa ho-ee-ai kiv koorhai tutai paal.

So how can you become truthful? And how can the veil of illusion be torn away?

Guru ji replied,

hukam rajaa-ee chalnaa naanak likhi-aa naal.

Abide by will of god, hakum is written within oneself.

Stay in will of god regardless of up and downs in life and hakum is naam jaap of god.

Gursikhs asked same questions to Guru Nanak Dev Ji-

kiv sachi-aaraa ho-ee-ai kiv koorhai tutai paal.

So how can you become truthful? And how can the veil of illusion be torn away?

Guru Ji replied to conclude first pauri of japji sahib,

when person does seva in sahkham bhavna(desire to get something), person gets whatever wishes however mind does not get cleansed because person didn't do seva in nishkham bhavna (desireless self-service) and person didn't do nishkam naam simran (simran with no desire to get something in return). If one wishes to get their body/mind cleasned then one needs to adapt virtue nishkam bhavna (no desire to get something in return) during seva and naam simran.

Chupai Chup Na Hovaie ||

Jai Lahae Liv tar ||

Gursikhs asked Guru Nanak Dev Ji, what can be done to over come the above pankiti.

Guru ji replied,

To overcome this, there are ways(sadhans)- 1. sam - observing and stopping your mind to bad acts and 2. dham - control your five senses- sight, smell, touch, hear, taste and also decrease your desires slowly and one day you will desires will be gone..

In gurmat, rehat maryada and naam simran helps ones to adapt sam and dham virtues in one's mind.

Gyani ji further added:

Bin Naamaie Virodh Sirar ||

Without naam, within in the physical body resistance takes birth. Which makes us to do bad acts.

Bhukai Bhuk Na Utari

Jai Banna Poriya Bar ||

Gursikhs asked Guru ji, what can be done to over come the above pankti?

Guru ji replied, only ways to overcome this is bairaag (longing towards Vahiguroo) and santokh (contenment). When one does not have bairaag, santokh virtue in them, the fire/hunger(bhuk) of trishna (desires) does not get destroyed in one's mind.

Gursikhs further asked Guru ji, what can be done to over come the above pankti?

Guru ji replied, only way to over come this is bibek buddhi - Bib (two) ek(oness), separating ignorance of one's existence from mind is called bibek. Bibek helps us to shift from two to one (duality to non-duality).

Dvait Taie Ek Roop Hoi Gayeo ||

Atma and paratma reunion is called bibek buddhi.

Bhul Gayeo Agyan Tai Apno Atma Roop

Tahi Kio Pher Jan Dio Gyan Kahit Ka Bhup ||

Bibek Buddhi can only be found in sat sangat, sadh sangat.

Sidhas said, we do understand that one needs to stay in the will of god (in raza of vahiguroo) but sidhas asked Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, we know paratama cannot be approachable, can you please answer how big is paratma's(God) hakum?

Guru Ji smiled and answered, if we know vahiguroo's hakum then we know the secret of hakum. When we cannot find God's end then how can we find secret of hakum?

Then Guru Ji further narrated:

Hakume Hovan Akaar Hukum Na Keeha Jaie ||

Whatever akhars (shapes) are there like- mountains, ocean, stars, being, animals are there..they are all in fear.

Bhai Vich Sabh Akaar Hai Nirbhau Har Jio Soi ||

With ongkar resosance akar took birth then came along rajo, tamo, satogun, 5 subtle elements, 5 elements, 25 sub elements.

With God's will(hakum) all these akars came into existence.

Ongkar Aad Kathni Anad |

Out of God- ongkar(resosance) was born. Ongkar's aad is Vahiguroo.

Vahiguroo is aad roop.

Hakume Hovan Jeea Hukam milai vadi-aa-ee ||

By his command, whole being came into existence, By his command, glory and greatness are obtained.

Hukmee Utam Neech Hukam Likh Dukh Sukh Paa-ee-ah ||

By his command, great person becomes low and low becomes great, by his command we obtain pain and pleasure.

If one follow his command then even sad person can obtain full happiness.

Iknaa Hukme Bakhsees Ik Hukmee Sadaa Bhavaa-ee-ah ||

Ones are those who stay within hakum and get grace of naam from Vahiguroo and Ones are those by his command, wander in reincarnations.

Hukmai Andar Sabh Ko Baahar Hukam Na Ko-Ay ||

Whatever is happening is happening within his hakum(will) and nothing is out of hakum of Vahiguroo.

Gyani added further- By staying in hakum, one gets peace of mind but it's very hard to accept the hakum.

Gyani ji gave example- Once there was a mahatama, he used to live in his hut. One time mother came with his son and requested saint to advise him since stealing has became his habit. Her son was very clever and responded to mahatma everything is in his will and left off.

Few weeks passed away. One day her son got caught by police and getting beaten up by police..The same saint who met him was walking by.. he called saint's name and begged him to save his life. Saint replied, you remember you said everything is in hakum upon my questioning your actions now you are getting beaten by police.. is this is not hakum? If you stay in this hakum you will repent your actions and will be good person one day.

Guru ji says, by staying within hakum we get attached with hakumi(God) until then we are outside of the hakum(will) we are de-attached with God.

Nanak Hukmai Jay Bujhai Ta Ha-umai Kahai Na Ko-ay ||

With Satguru grace, if person understand God's will then nobody will speak words of ego.

Kabir Na Ho Kiya Na Karange Na Kar Sakae Sirar Jo Kuch Kiya So Har Kiya Bhaoye Kabir Kabir ||

In this tape, gyani talks about previous two pauris of japji sahib. How there is common misinterpertation done by people and in this tape gyani also talks about different levels interpertation of gurbani verses in these two pauriya's.

1. Utam Jagiaso- They can catch spiritual/gurbani discourses very easily with their bibek buddhi.

2. Madham Jagaiso- Ones that need more explanation through examples.

3. Kaanisht Jagaiso- Ones that go out and misinterpet gurbani and take everything out of context and start criticising gyani's, saints by their own standards/matt. Like for example- See today in the katha- person talked about how bodily cleaness does not come even after million of attempts...then what's point of taking shower and why keep suchum? There is no point.

Gyani ji futher said, Guru ji recited this pankiti " Sochai Soch Na Houvi Jai Soche Lakh // ||" by referring to those type of people who takes ishnan, keeping suchum(cleaness) concepts to an extreme. They don't meditate nor they do any self-service to humanity. They claim they have stayed above water for this many years, and took shower with this many gagars(buckets of water). This type of people taking things to extreme.

Gyani said, suchum is needed however there is a need to be balance. People who goes to extreme and take care of suchmta all the time then if one ask them- how much patt or naam simran you have done? They have no answer.

Gyani ji talks about Guru ji targetting such people in above pankiti, who goes to extreme in their suchmta like as if their whole life is based on suchmta(cleaniness)..having suchmta only in one's life is of no vail if person does not do naam simran. Things need to be balanced.

Chupai Chup Na Hovaie , Jai Laya Liv tar ||

One even wants to stay queit(maun) in path of spirituality, one cannot acheive God.

Above pankiti is also misinterpertated by some people. Some people who loves to chat all day question others- where in gurbani it says one should not chat?? They refer to above pankiti to justify their acts.

Gyani ji added that one needs to speak but only when its needed. Being fully silent(mauni) is also not allowed in sikh dharam as well as chatting all day long is also discouraged in sikh dharam. Sikhs should avoid these extremes and do naam simran more.

Bhukai Bhuk Na Utari Jai Banna Poriya Bar ||

Above pankiti is also misinterpeted people who loves to eat. Guru ji said, eat in moderation and be content.

Guru gobind Singh Ji says in Sri Dasam Guru Granth:

Re Man Aiso Kar Sanyasa

Ban Se Sadan Sabh Kar Samjho

Man Hi Mahaie Udasa |

Saihes Sanayap Lakh Hoi

Ta Ek Na Chalae Naal ||

Gyani explains, how people don't read books of wisdom by using the above quote to justify their lazy acts. Gyani said in this quote- guru ji said one needs to practise what they read otherwise one enters the circle of hypocrisy. Gyani added, that sanyap which are materialstic and superfical do not give any help at the end. However adopting Guru's sanyap(mat) helps this moral being.

Hakum Hovan Akaar..

Gyani talks about - people who follow hakum becomes akaar(shape) of parmeshvar(Vahiguroo). Like for example- Once Guru Nanak Dev Ji said to sangat- Baba Budda Ji is my roop. Those people have understood hakum and they don't speak in ego.

Once before Guru Nanak Dev Ji tested baba ji- and told him - baba ji it's amrit vela and baba ji replied no guru ji not yet , still night, this happened three times.

Then Guru Nanak Dev Ji did this same test to Bhai Lehna Ji and told him- it's amrit vela and bhai lehna ji said- Sat Bachan. Bhai Lehna Ji followed Guru Ji full hakum then became 2nd Guru Nanak Dev Ji (Hakumi Akar) of parmesvar.

Hukum Na Keeha Jaie |

Gyani talks about - how satguru and bhramgyani's hakum secret cannot be know to the world because gurbani says- Bhramgyani ki gat Bhramgyani Janaie ||

Gyani further talks about how hard is to understand mahatama's(saints) bachan. We mortal people get confused over that bachan and talks about what kinda bachan is that? Because we judge them by our standards.

Gyani also talks about that's how bhramgyanis nature not many can understand. Gyani shares an sakhi of mahapursh telling it's jagiaso to bow down to person like him by saying- here is rab, go matha taik to him. Jagaiso said, this cannot be rab(god). Mahapursh in their masti said, you missed an golden chance to meet God because for few moments..god himself came.. if you have followed the hakum you could have gotten the grace.

Hakum Hovan Jeea Hukam milai vadi-aa-ee ||

An bhramgyani that follows hakum, whatever jee jant are there- being, animals, insects, dieties are controlled by his hakum.

Gyani ji said the only difference between bhramgyani and god is only like

Pot of water floating on a ocean(God). There is water in the pot and outside the pot. Only difference is samundar(ocean) does not have akar(shape) but pot(shape) can be seen. Once pot is broken (when bhramgyani leaves the body), water which was inside the pot merges with water outside and all around pot. Bhramgyani resides in Vahiguroo to that extent.

Example- Baba Budda Ji at his end time before leaving his body merged with 6th master- Guru Hargobind Sahib that baba budda ji lost his existence and merge with Nirankari Jot.

When mere mortal being like us stays in hakum of satguru, bhramgyani like- Nanak bhramgyani aap parmeshvar || then that person gets vaadiya as pankti talks about:

Hukam milai vadi-aa-ee ||

Gyani talks about: we judge bhramgyani by body, but we don't look beyond body ie- sumandar anand da sagar inside (ocean of god's wisdom inside).

Hukmee Utam Neech Hukam Likh Dukh Sukh Paa-ee-ah ||

Satguru, bhramgyani who follows Vahiguroo hakum, mere mortal like us who follow their hakum can become utam(higher) from neech(lower worms).

Gyani further give example of this duplicate sikh name- kher khanawala sikh.

He usually ate kheer for his living at gurdwara. He ate kheer for 6 months in gurdwara. Some gursikhs came up to him said - bhai sahib ji, you should also do some seva as well, over abusing langar is not good. This person said- i don't follow you guys, I follow only Guru Angad Dev Ji just like how these days people say- we only beleive in siri guru granth sahib..and we don't beleive in sant mahapursh.

This kher khanwala sikh stayed in gurdwara for 6 months and ate loads of kheer. Once he came across with Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji. When he became aware of guru ji. He started showing fake nirmata(humility) and start doing drama. Guru Ji said- who is this person? Gursikhs narrated the whole story. He is been living here for 6 months..just ate kheer and slept that was his daily routine ..we advised him to do seva as well but he replied, i only have faith in guru angad dev ji and will follow his bachan.

Guru Ji replied and said, what's there to follow my bachan now?. Your life has only 8 pahirs(24 hrs)after that you will die. This person became very worrisome and start begging guru ji for his well being. Guru Ji gave him hakum you want your well being..you should go to jungle- gather some woods, lit them with fire, and jump on fire..That's only way.

This person went running around in jungle and gathered woods and lit an fire..start running around in circle of woods which were on fire and keep blaming gursikhs for his own stupidity. Then all of sudden, this theif came with lots of diamonds, jewelleries and asked him why you running in circles around the fire. He narrated the whole story to theif, theif said give me this bachan because i got people after me. An theif gave him all the treasure he stoled and was about to jump on fire and said take my treasure, i have committed enough sins i ll jump on fire.. i ll get grace from guru ji..this theif jumped on fire but fire went off. This theif was very touched by this incident and straight to khardhu sahib and went to guru ji while this kher khan wala sikh got caught by kingdom was given hang until death punishment. He died right 24 hours(8 pahir).

This theif went to Guru ji and Guru ji said- you are dhan you followed my bachan. Guru ji hugged this theif and told him you have my grace but do 21 japji sahib as your nitneem. Guru Angad Dev ji gave him bhramgyan because he followed guru ji bachan. This theif became saint and did seva of parchar in Gurughar.

Hukam Likh Dukh Sukh Paa-ee-ah.

Person who had pain in his/her karam, by following hakum of satguru, bhramgyani one can attained sukh (peace).

Jai Koi Bachan Kamvaie Santan Ka So Gurparsadi Teraie ||

By following bachan of bhramgyani mahapursh, with grace of true guru can across the wordly ocean.

Iknaa Hukmee Bakhsees

Bhramgyanis stays within hakum. They within hakum give grace to people of bhram vidiya, naam di dat.

Gyani Ji gave example of bhramgyani mahatama encounter with dacoit ( balmik). Mahatama's asked him, all these stealing and killing other people you seem to enjoy as your hobby. Does these things will help your par-lok (other world after death)?

He went numb, and said I don't know. He tied mahatama with a rope and told him that i ll go ask my family this question.

He went up to his father and asked, would you help me in pro-lok? His father told him, i ll go before you and then he asked his mother- she said no. Then he asked his wife and got the same answer. Wife replied, nobody told you to steal and kill people to make a living.

When he got nobody helping him. He went in depression and asked himself- if no one is willing to help me that why i m killing people like this?

Then he went back to mahatama's and told him- I will not do such things. Mahatama asked him why? He said- no one will help me in par-lok. Mahatama told him you shouldn't commit these sins for people who is not willing to help you in parlok. He said - Satbachan and then asked- what should i do ? Mahatama's gave him reverse mantar of ram- Mara Mara to meditate. Then he meditate for soo many years and he got bhramgyan. He then became quite popularly known as "Rishi Balmik" who predicted ramayan and wrote ramayan 10,000 years earlier than ramayan actual happened.

Ik Hukmee Sadaa Bhavaa-ee-ah ||

Ones are those who were in sangat of hakumee(satguru, bhramgyani) but couldn't follow the bachans.

Gyani ji gives example from mulai sakhi - Siri Guru Nanak Dev Nirankar went to mullai's pind to ask for his well being. Mullai didn't want to meet Guru Ji so he told his family to lie and tell guru ji i m not home. Guru Ji went once and they said he is not home then he send bhai mardana to enquire about him. Bhai mardan went twice and he got respond - mullai he is gone. Guru Ji said, ok if he is gone then he is gone. Snake came where mullai was hiding and bite him. He died instantly. Then his family took mullai body to Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and requested guru ji please forgive him and Guru Ji said- now he will be forgiven in 10th form.

Gyani Ji gives another example of raja janak encounter with tapasvi who meditate on water. Raja Janak told him, he should do leave doing hard penances and adapt prema bhakti marg. This tapasavi, i promised God that i ll do this for 12 years. Raja Janak told him i ll give you fruit for 12 years of bhagti on water right now. This tapasavi didn't follow hakum and raja janak sighed and said- i guess you like water soo much, you will be crocodile for next thousands of thousands of years..dwapar yug will pass by and Siri Guru Nanak dev ji will give you mukhti in kalyug.

One day when siri guru nanak dev ji did udasi in lanka. He was walking on water. Bhai mardana asked him, what you walking on Guru ji? Guru ji, it's 100 mile long mach(crocodile). When Guru Maharaj went close to his face. With Guru Maharaj blessing this mach start speaking and said- please do kirpa on me, i have been mach since treta yug. Guru Maharaj told him , don't worry your life span is only 8 pahir - 24 hours. I ll sit on you and do jaap(meditate), you should keep repeating after me. This crocodile did exactly what Guru Maharaj said and finally he realised his path and went straight to sach khand.

Hukmai Andar Sabh Ko

Within hakum of Satguru, bhramgyani mahapursh everyone lives.

Gyani further gave example of Sant baba Sunder Singh Ji bhindranwale who were doing katha for 4 hours steady and no one moved. Upon enquiring how come sangat didnt move for 4 hours. He said in masti, after bhramgyan this whole parkriti(creation) is in bhramgyani's hand.

Baahar Hukam Na Ko-Ay ||

No one is outside satguru's, bhramgyanis hakum.

Gyani explains: how our senses are not in our control? However bhramgyani has controlled over his/her senses and others.

Nanak Hukmai Jay Bujhai

Person who understands hakum of satguru, bhramgyani. Person who can understand hakum- Nanak bhramgyani aap parmeshvar ||

Ta Ha-umai Kahai Na Ko-ay ||

Then person never talks in ego.

Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji recited:

gaavai ko taan hovai kisai taan ||

Who can sing glory of Vahiguroo??

gaavai ko daat jaanai neesaan ||

Who can sing on the gifts god gives? who can pinpoint how many gifts/graces one get from Vahiguroo?

gaavai ko gun vadi-aa-ee-aa chaar ||

Who can sing his beautiful virtues of him?

Sidhas asked, if vidvans(scholars) were fully succesfull to sing his virtues?

Guru Ji replied,

gaavai ko vidi-aa vikham veechaar ||

who can do vichar through- difficult/deep knowledge, upanishads, all granths on vahiguroo?

Gyani ji shares an sakhi of mahapursh- Sant gyani gurbachan singh khalsa bhindranwale. How he came across with an skull once. Sant ji kept looking at the skull then he smiled and walked off. After sevaks enquiry why baba ji smiled. Sant ji told them, this skull once was- billionaire now his skull is in garbage.

Gyani said that even with that vidya of reading previous janams one cannot do veechar of him.

gaavai ko saaj karay tan khayh ||

Who can sing about how Vahiguroo made(saaj) and destroy the body ?

gaavai ko jee-a lai fir dayh ||

Who can sing his glory how he gives body to an soul then takes it back then again gives being to an soul?

Guru ji said- when we die, we have no clue where we going to go. But Vahiguroo knows that where to send for next birth

Gyani ji said in ahankar(ego) nobody can sing his glory but however in nirmata (humility), whatever capacity one gets, one sings about him.

gaavai ko jaapai disai door ||

Who can sing vahiguroo who seem very far from knowledge, sight senses?

gaavai ko vaykhai haadraa hadoor ||

Who can sing vahiguroo glory who looks at everybody and present every where yet we cannot see vahiguroo?

kathnaa kathee na aavai tot ||

Scholars have tried talking about him but his end never comes. He is endless.

Then sidhas asked if bhrama(creator), vishnu(perserver), shiv ji (destroyer) can talk about him and find his end?

Guru Ji replied:

kath kath kathee kotee kot kot ||

Million of Millions of scholars,bhrama, vishnu, shiv talked about him million of years and passed away. They couldn't find his end.

Sidhas asked: Did someone atleast sing his praises?

Guru ji replied, with humility.. everyone can sings his praises however nobody can sing his praises by thinking one day i ll find his end in ego.

Guru ji gave them example- how hans can fly 4 million km or how certain fish can travel soo long in the ocean ? But none of them can found end of sky or in ocean. They can feel pleasure by travelling. Just like that- Being can sing his praises and get bliss/peace of mind in humility but never cannot find his end.

In this tape, gyani ji talks about another different way of interpertating pauri according to each state of mind.

Guru Ji further recited:

gaavai ko daat jaanai neesaan ||

Some sing his glory by showing people- Vahiguroo gave me this gift.

gaavai ko gun vadi-aa-ee-aa chaar ||

Some sing of His Glorious Virtues, Greatness and Beauty

gaavai ko vidi-aa vikham veechaar ||

Some sing of knowledge obtained of Him, through difficult philosophical studies.

gaavai ko saaj karay tan khayh ||

Some sing that He fashions the body, and then reduces it to dust and then again gives body to an soul and then reduce it to dust.

gaavai ko jee-a lai fir dayh ||

Some sing that He takes life away, and then again restores it.

gaavai ko jaapai disai door ||

Some sing that He seems so very far away.

gaavai ko vaykhai haadraa hadoor ||

Some sing as if He watches over us, face to face, ever-present.

kathnaa kathee na aavai tot ||

There is no shortage of his glory those who preach and teach.

kath kath kathee kotee kot kot ||

So many million of millions of people had talked about him, are talking about him, always will talk about him.

Gyani ji goes back to previous verse:

gaavai ko taan hovai kisai taan ||

Some sing to gain strengh from vahiguroo then they get that strength in return.

Gyani gave example - How in history bachitar singh came to siri guru gobind singh ji to bless him with strenght to fight an drunk elephant. Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji gave him required "bhal" (strenght) to fight the elephant.

Also Gyani ji gave an example of sant kartar singh ji bhindranwale. How he used to 14 katha's per day and asked Vahiguroo to bless him with that seva. He used to visit each village and finish all 14 katha's in one day.

gaavai ko daat jaanai neesaan ||

Some sing to get daat of salvation, to see god in human form.

Gyani share sakhis of siri guru gobind singh ji.

How he was playing with kids when he was 4 years ago. There was pandit named shiv dutt praying to god in his mind that if siri guru gobind singh was avtar of akaal purkh then give me your darshan in form of siri ram chandar ji. Then voice came to pandit, said- open your eyes shiv dutt, here i am - when he opened the eyes- he saw siri ram chandar ji. He became soo happy that he bow down to his feet and then when he got up- it was siri guru gobind singh ji maharaj asking- pandit shiv dutt ji - did you get your darshan? Pandit shiv dutt ji was nihaaaaaaal hiii nihaaaaaaaaaaal.

gaavai ko gun vadi-aa-ee-aa chaar ||

Some sing to get virtues in them and then they get virtues in return from Akaal Purkh.

Gyani Ji gives modern day of examples- Bhai Sobha Singh (famous artist) was given virtues by akaal purkh who made such a heart-throbbing pictures of sri guru gobind singh ji.

Another example- Bhai Gopala Singh was given virtue to sing kirtan. When he did kirtan at darbar sahib, whole parkarma was full with sangat.

gaavai ko vidi-aa vikham veechaar ||

Some sing to get difficult vidya's(knowledge) ie- six types of vidya.

Gyani ji gives example from sakhi how dasam patsah blessed pandit with full astrology vidya upon pandit ji requesting. Then after many years, Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji was on his horse going to hazoor sahib and decided to stop at pandit ji house when siri guru gobind singh ji saw pandit ji- pandit ji still being old remember sri guru gobind singh ji maharaj and bow down to Guru Ji's charan. Guru ji told him, i was going by and thought i dropped by. Guru ji said to pandit let's see your jotish (astrology knowledge) and asked him- I am about to go meet auranzeb...will he meet me? Pandit with his vidya given by dasam patsah observed that and said- O King, this person will pass away before meeting you, what's a point of meeting him? Guru ji asked why? . He replied saying he is not meant to meet you, that his karam. If he meets you then all his sins will be destoryed but his karams are bad. Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, yes that's way its going to be.. i just drop by to see him how much parkash you have by your vidya.

gaavai ko saaj karay tan khayh

gaavai ko jee-a lai fir dayh.

Gyani ji shares sakhi of bhai taru singh ji who was in samadhi for 22 days even after his skull was removed. One asked, how come you are surviving like this? He replied, I ll take these oppressors with me.

Above sakhi reflects the above verse.

Gurmukh (guru oreintated person) being in this body, consider this body as ash/mud.

Gyani talks about how there are different types of people come to gurdwara- one who seeks materialstic and superfical things , one are those who ask for mukhti(salvation), ones are those who ask for naam di dat(intiation of naam), and then ones are those who only seek for his love ie-

Raj Na Chaho Mukht Na Chaho

Man Preet Charan Kamalaraie ||

Then there are 2 types of jagiaso(learners) 1. Saihkhami 2. Nishkhami

1. Saihkhami - Who does patt/prayer for wordly things.

2. Nishkhami - Who does meditation/patt/seva without any expectations or desires.

Gyani ji talks about how bani can be used by people with different state of mind.

From Nishkhami jagiaso state. They interpret gaavai ko saaj karay tan khayh as:

Some Sing to get grace of bhramgyan and then reduce the body to dust.

Then Gyani Ji explain how people of certain state of mind sing his glory. Gyani also gives an example to back it up from history.

gaavai ko jee-a lai fir dayh.

Some sing to get siddhi(power) so that atma can be taken out, put in different body.

There was this king name amaro who left the body. Gorakhnath Guru- Machinder Nath who had that power of taking his atma(soul) out, putting it in any body he wish.

Machinder came to know that king passed away. He start having evil thoughts. He left his body to enter king- amaro's body. Once he got himself into amaro's body. People who were happy to see their king back alive. Machinder by using amaro body start enjoying his kingdom- vishey bhog anand (sexual intercourses with mistress in the kingdom that amaro orginally had and also having different varities of food every day, getting full treatment of kings).

One day, when gorak nath came across with val kahndaie who was also an sidh. Gorakh nath wanted to discuss something with Val Kahndaie. Val kahndaie said, gorakh nath we should discusss later but first you should save your Guru. Do you have any idea what is he trying to do lately? He said, No. Val Kahndaie said, he is using dead king's body with his occult power to enjoy vishey bhog anand..such a low act, is this what sidhas suppose to do ? If he just wanted to have taste vishey bhog anand then he should have gotten married. Gorakh nath realized this and wanted to somehow save his Guru from all this. But mashinder nath was one step forward, he anounced by using king amaro body that there shouldn't be yogi allowed in my kingdom.

Gorakhnath then decided to learn an kala ( musical jori). After learning that art, he tied peace of cloth around his head and went near his kingdom and start playing this musical art. Within in that musical art he created a tune which sounded like- jag machindera gorak aie. When Mashinder heard this tune, machinder left body of amaro king, ran away and his body fell on the floor. Then Gorakh nath went right after him and said- I am really ashamed of your act. Being an such a great yogi, you start abusing occult powers and start using someone's else body for your own gratification.

Gorakh nath took machinder nath to Sri Guru nanak dev Ji and narrated the whole story to Guru Ji. Guru Ji said, i have already said- Ridh Sidh Avar Saad||, these powers one cannot give taste of naam... this is trap of maya(illusion). Then Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji told bhai mardana to pick up rabab sang following line to give machindera an right guidance:

Sun Machindera Nanak Bhole Vas Ghat Panch Karae Na Dole || (Ramkali Mahala 1)

Gyani ji says: some ask for this kinda powers. Vahiguroo gives all. However such thing have reverse effect on people's karam.

gaavai ko jaapai disai door.

Some sing to get distance between atma and paratama to disappear.

Gyani ji saying- if one sing that above panthikiti with that bhavna(desire) then one enters realm of nishkhamta. Niskhami person always ask to Vahiguroo that please may my soul merge with you.

Gyani ji further put an emphasis how satnaam vahiguroo is one but how there are different bhavna's(desires) in people who recite satnaam vahiguroo..one recites to desire for materialstic blessing, some recites to get occult powers but then there are some who recites to merge with paratama. Satnaam Vahiguroo is One, however people recite it in different levels of bhavna(desire).

gaavai ko vaykhai haadraa hadoor.

Some sing his glory to get darshan of him closely(haadra hadooor).

Gyani ji gave example of bhagat namdev ji who got darshan of vahiguroo 72 times because he did bhagti/recitted god's name with that bhavna(desire/wish).

Vahiguroo gives gift to all - rajo, tamo, satogunis.

kathnaa kathee na aavai tot.

If one were to discuss about him, there is no end to it. One will be probably pass away keep discussing about him but there will be no end.

kath kath kathee kotee kot kot.

Millions of people in back in million and million of millions of year have tried to discuss about him with million of other tricks but no one could find vahiguroo's end nor anyone ever will.

Then Guru Ji recited:

daydaa day laiday thak paahi.

Akaal Purkh kept giving to saihkhami person who gets tired or either pass away in course of receiving the gifts from akaal purkh.

Note- Saihkhami person -person who recites on god to get materialstic things.

jugaa jugantar khaahee khaahi.

Such saihkhami person keeps taking birth to receive such gifts from akaal purkh because they pass away in desire of materialstic things then they born again.

Gyani Ji talks about how there are some people who first started off with asking the materialistic things however gradually they rise themselves above from that and enter state of nishkhamta(desire for nothing but naam from vahiguroo)

daydaa day laiday thak paahi.

Vahiguroo in form of satguru gives such people spiritual discourse, gurmantar, mool mantar, mala mantar, amrit intiation and maryada. After receiving such blessing, then their coming and going from this world gets fatigued and there is no more birth and death for them. They become Immortal.

jugaa jugantar khaahee khaahi.

Such people eat desires caused by thoughts, imagination. At the end there are no more worldly desires but only desire to meditation on naam and through out the juga, jugas they acculmate naam.

Gyani ji added jug in this context of pankiti means- difference between isher and jev atma gets destroyed through bhagti.

Tuhi Mohi Mohi Tuhi Antar Kaisa ||

You is me, me is you, there is no difference

Bhagat ravidas says:

Jab Hum Houtaie Tabh Tu Nahi, Ab Tuhi Mein Nahi ||

When my ego was there you weren't there, now you are there and my ego is gone.

Then what do they eat? Don't they have to eat food to get nourishment?

Guru ji says:

Thithai uvavh Na Bhuk Hai, Mann Charya Dasamaie Akash ||

Gyani Ji gives sakhi of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji not used to eat for 6 months steady. Bhai Mardana used to ask Guru Ji. Guru Ji - What have you eaten? don't you get hungry? Guru smiled, and said - Naam da Udhar. All hunger, thrist is gone once you have naam simran running inside you all the time.

jugaa jugantar khaahee khaahi.

So in conculsion above pantkiti can be interperted via three state of mind which exist in this world.

Vishey anand: There are sansari(worldly people) who does meditation to get materialstic things and upon getting, their desires keeps increasing which cause them take birth from jugs(4 ages through out) and they eat fullfillment of their desires (vishey/bhoga anand) and get nourishment from that.

Yoga Anand: Then there are yogis who sit in meditation for jugas (4 jugs/ages), they only eat yoga anand and get nourishment from that.

Then higher state is Bhrama Anand: In this state bhagats of vahiguroo sit in meditation for jugaas (4 jugs), they only eat bhrama anand (supreme bliss) and get nourishment from that.

Gursikhs then asked Guru Ji, if bhagats in higher state do anything else?

Then Guru Ji replied,

hukmee hukam chalaa-ay raahu.

Satguru, bhramgyanis, Bhagats under his command lead their lifes and also inspire people to walk on this path by giving spiritual discourses via patt, gurbani, amrit datt, maryada

naanak vigsai vayparvaahu.

Vahiguroo who is carefree gets more blossomed by looking at his bhagat, how within hakum they lead their lifes and inspire others to do the same.

Looking at the above tuk from worldy standpoint:

Vahiguroo who is carefree gets happy by looking at the tamasha(drama) of worldly people who comes to this earth by blessing of vahiguroo but have forgotten vahiguroo, instead they claim in ego- i have done something, i have done this and i have done that, it's all because of me, me, me.

Gyani talks about how Guru ji's talks about three types of jaiagaso- sansari(fully worldly, atheist type), saihkhami(remember god to get something), nishkhami ( meditate on god's name with no desires) in above pauri.

Gyani ji talks about- how pir of bhagdadh questioned Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji comment on how they are million of millions of realms (akash and patal). Pir said, mohammad sahib said there are only 7 realms. Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji said, it's simple.. one who has seen million of millions realm has narrated there are million of millions of realms and one who has seen 7 realms has narrated there are seven realms. Pir replied, i don't beleive in this. Guru Ji showed his son million of millions of realms.. his son was shocked and assured his father that- Guru ji is right, there are million of millions realms.

saachaa saahib saach naa-ay bhaakhi-aa bhaa-o apaar.

Sachaa refers to truth who is vahiguroo exist in four kal (aad/ever lasting age, jugud/past, hai bhi/present, hosi bhi/future).

Sahib refers to vahiguroo in sargun form(human form) after when god transcedents its attributes into creation.

saach naa-ay means vahiguroo names is also truth.

bhaakhi-aa bhaa-o apaar means even though vahiguroo has soo many languages or types of languages Vahiguroo can undestand yet one can only please him by one language which is language of love.

Gyani ji shares this sakhi of ramanand ji who was guru of bhagat kabir ji. There was one person who used to follow ramanand ji get spiritual discourse from him. One morning, when ramanand ji was going to take shower, this person fell on his feet asked ramanand ji please bless me with naam of vahiguroo. Ramamand ji said, is this time to give naam? There is time for such discourses. He insisted and said, this is only time i can get to talk to you then there are always people around you. Ramamand ji, in bit of anger said- Bhaja Luta Maranga means run away i ll hit you with iron vessel. This person was extremely innocent and ran away and consider this phrase by ramanand ji as a mantar. He started meditating on phrase with lot of prem(love) and sharda(faith) he had already. When he became fully enlightened, his popularity start increasing and he met ramanand ji and he asked - where did you get the mantar? He said, when i met you and you spoke- Bhaja Luta Maranga .. i have meditated on this. Ramananda ji start laughing and said that wasnt mantar. He replied, that's what i meditated upon considering that was mantar.

Gyani Ji re-inforces that it's not mantar which matters when it comes to love. It's only love language that can please god.

aakhahi mangahi dayhi dayhi daat karay daataar.

Gyani Ji first talks about saihkhami people, from their standpoint- how they keeping asking for materialstic gifts from god and they get whatever they wish for.

Then Gyani ji talks about nishkami people, from their standpoint how they ask for sarvan(listening spiritual sermons) then following/acting upon on it. Vahiguroo gives them all gyans(knowledge) they ask for- Sarvan gyan, manan gyan, nidhasan gyan, Bhramgyan. With these gyans one is able to destroy three types of doubts- 1. Parman Gat Sansa 2. Parmaigat Sansa 3. Viparjaie Sansa. These doubts are vanished by Sarvan gyan(knowledge gained by listening), manan gyan(knowledge which is followed in one's daily life), nidhasan gyan (knowledge which is meditated upon) and then one gets to final stage bhramgyan (knowledge of bhram).

fayr ke agai rakhee-ai jit disai darbaar.

What gift can be presented in his darbar so that he can be pleased?

muhou ke bolan bolee-ai jit sun Dharay pi-aar.

What words can be spoken infront of his darbar that he start loving?

Guru Ji then replied to sidhas questions above-

amrit vaylaa sach naa-o vadi-aa-ee veechaar.

amrit vela means moment is free from death if we look at the deeper meaning of amrit vela. By sitting in that moment, one should recite akaal purkh's true name.

Guru ji talks about how they are different types of amrit vela. Guru ji talks about how one amrit vela starts from 12 am - 4 am, how human life which is given to us is also consider as amrit vela, how young age of this being is also consider as amrit vela.

Ram Japo Ji Aisaie Aisaie Dharu parlhad Japio har Jasaie ||.

When children is younger, his/her mind is fully cleansed. That's why that age is also consider as amrit vela. Then gyani ji talks about how javani(age before 45) time span is also considered as amrit vela because during that age, one's mind or body does not fatigued when meditating on naam or doing self-service(seva) for long hours. Gyani ji says, if one passes that age time span too without meditating on naam simran. Then one can also meditate in older age where all the worldy responsiblities are taken care of and if one starts meditating at that age, that is also consider amrit vela. Gyani Ji talks about how amrit vela can be also considered moment being in sat sangat & sadh sangat. Out of 24 hours, if one can meditate 24 hours then all that 24 hours becomes his/her amrit vela. Gyani ji- one has to look at deeper meanings of amrit vela instead of just certain time span because from 12 am - 4 am if one watches movies or go to club, one obviously will NOT get fruit of amrit vela.

Amritvela is moment of remembrance of true naam of vahiguroo, talking about(doing veechar) about his glory.

Gyani ji talks about how mind gets better concentration when one does veechar(discuss)about god and his glory.

karmee aavai kaprhaa nadree mokh du-aar.

When jev atma recites name in amrit vela just to get certain tasks done that is consider as saihkhami person. When Saihkhami person does karm(karmee) then he gets kapra(body)in reincarnations but there at times even saihkhami person gets nadar (grace) but not fully mukht even getting his grace because of his habit of having desires(vashnava) he takes births and dies, takes birth and dies, takes birth and dies and get into this vicious cycle coming and going. One can only go to sachkhand without desires. Then at one time saihkhami sikh gets birth where he/she does not have any desire left and get full nadar(full grace) with that grace - mokh du-aar (this being gets free from all nine doors in the body)

Raj Na Chaho Mukht Nah Chaho Man Preet Charan Kamalarae ||

Gyani ji talks about sakhi of maharaja patiala. How he has done soo much bhakti in his previous lifes with very well known sikh saints. They were sadhu in their previous life but at the end, his mind went astray and start wishing for kingdom with beautiful queens in them. With that bad sankalp(thought) he was given life of king who was famously known as maharaja patiala. Even then lot of famous sikh mahatama's respected him because they used to do bhagti with him.

karmee aavai kaprhaa

Gyani Ji talks about the same pankiti but describing naishkami sikh state.

Gyani Ji talks about how third guru did 12 years of niskham seva of Siri Guru Angad Dev Ji. Person who has done nishkham seva gets kaprha of prem.

Prem Patola Thisaie Ditta Thakuhn Ku Pat Meri, Danna Binna Saie Maddia Nanak Sar Na Janna teri ||

nadree mokh du-aar.

When full nadar(full grace) falls on naiskhami person with that grace - mokh du-aar (this being gets free from nine doors and gets full jevan mukht state).

Saihkhami person when happens to get nadar in future life times they only can only go to sachkhand by themselves but when nishkhami person gets nadar they taste state of jevan mukhti (liberated while alive) and they do take along millions and millions of people.

naanak ayvai jaanee-ai sabh aapay sachiaar.

Then one comes to know that akaal purkh is appaie app sachiar - vahiguroo himself is true and sab vaiyapakh ( resides inside and outside out of creation).

Sidhas asked Siri Guru Nanak Dev Ji please tell us

1. If God is nadi aulad(being born out of resosance of shabad) or bindi aulad( being born out of women's womb)?

Guru ji replied- thaapi-aa na jaa-ay

God cannot get thap hence thaapi-aa na jaa-ay. Like in the world, teacher gives gaddi thap(diploma of teachings) to the students then that students becomes teacher and he/she gives teachings to other students to make them(thapia) teachers too.

Guru ji replied: keetaa na ho-ay.

God does not take birth. Hence, keetaa na ho-ay (no one can create him through process beings get created).

Sidhas then asked Guru Ji,

2. If God is patantar(binded) or suatantar(free)?

Guru Ji replied:

aapay aap

God is Karaj roop, Nirgun Roop, Sargun Roop, Karan Roop. God exist in everything outside and inside. God does not need to take ideas from others, God does not need to take anything from anybody. That's why God is free. Hence, aapay aap

Then Sidhas asked:

3. If God is Maya Kalakh(unpure) or shud(pure)?

Guru Ji replied:

niranjan so-ay.

Anjan means sorma. Sorma which is used to put in the eyes back in the times. It's of color - black. Maya is black. Vahiguroo is free from maya kalakh. Thus, niranjan so-ay

Kam na Krodh na Na Lob Na Moh Na Rog Na Soj Na Bhog Na Bhai Hai ||

Guru Ji further said:

jin sayvi-aa tin paa-i-aa maan.

People who served him, get honor from him.

One who have served him by serving his creation and meditating on his name, they get full honor in his court.

naanak gaavee-ai gunee niDhaan.

Nanak says, one should sing treasure of virtues of him.

If one sing his virtues then some of the attributes/virtue of him can also come in this being.

Sidhas asked, by only singing his virtues can one be in his court?

Guru Ji replied: Not only by singing but gyan comes in stages - sarvan (listening), mannan(acknowledging and following it), nidhasan(acting upon it)

Guru ji narrated:

gaavee-ai sunee-ai man rakhee-ai bhaa-o.

Sing with tongue by love, and listen with love, and let your mind be filled with love.

When one does that then one gets blessed with:

dukh parhar sukh ghar lai jaa-ay.

All the sorrowness will be all vanished, one takes infinite happiness(atamik anand) with them.

Gyani ji talks about how one needs to be fully merged with listening gurbani with love, singing gurbani with love, following gurbani with love just like how kid gets fully merged when he is watching cartoon despite of someone calling him. Kid's fully merged with watching tv.

Gyani ji gives another sakhi when Bhai Lehna Ji was doing seva of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Suddenly, there was cut and bruise appeared on Guru Ji's charan. Bhai Lehna Ji humbly asked- what happened to your feet Guru Ji? Guru Ji replied- one sikh is reciting kirtan sohila patt while doing farming, he is soo merged in gurbani that he is not aware of thorns cutting him. I am taking all his pain on myself and he is not feeling it. Because I am bani roop.

Sidhas asked, what should we sing, from via who should we sing?

Guru Ji replied:

gurmukh naadaN

Gyani ji talks about how there are three meanings of gurmukh?

1st gurmukh refers to adhari who has all qualities of gurmukh.

2nd gurmukh refers to mukhi(head) of Guru's

3rd gurmukh refers to Vahiguroo.

Above pantkiti talks about gurmukh who is mukhi(head) Guru and their discourse which is shabad(naad)one should sing that.

Then Sidhas said, vedas also gives updesh(discourse), what was need for gurmukh naadan?

Guru Ji replied,

gurmukh vaydaN

Gurmukh who is mukhi(head) Guru created vedas, gives gyan and also can gyan in form of satguru.

gurmukh rahi-aa samaa-ee.

Vahiguroo is sar vaiyapakh(everywhere) who resides in vedas and also resides in Satguru.

Guru ji explained them just because vedas are there does not mean Vahiguroo cannot give further discourses or cannot transcedent it's sargun form attributes into avtar.

Sidhas asked then Guru ji, don't you consider powers of isher, bhrma, vishnu, shivji, paravarati , lakshmi ??

Guru Ji replied:

gur eesar gur gorakh barmaa gur paarbatee maa-ee.

Akaal purkh is my Satguru who is also Guru of isher, gorakh, brhma, gur paarbatee maa-ee.

Guru Ji said, if one will first bow down to isher then gorakh then brhma then parbateee this will bring duality. God is one and I only bow to one- akaal purkh who is the creator of all these deities. One should only ask for bhramvidya (knowledge of god) from vahiguroo because these deities don't have bhram vidya they are mere creation of akaal purkh who are performing specific tasks.

Sidhas went in silence after this and they said- we agree akaal purkh is highest of all from everyone.

Sidhas requested Guru ji to tell them more about akaal purkh.

Guru Ji said:

jay ha-o jaanaa aakhaa naahee

Although with guesses we know about him, however we cannot be fully certain and describe him fully accurately.

Guru ji further said:

kahnaa kathan na jaa-ee.

Knowing or talking about him fully is extremely hard because there is no such language to describe him.

guraa ik dayhi bujhaa-ee.

The Guru(Akaal Purkh) has given me this one understanding:

sabhnaa jee-aa kaa ik daataa so mai visar na jaa-ee. || 5

All the beings, deities, avtars has one and only one creator(God), May i never forget him.

Gyani Ji talks about how sikhs at this point asked Guru Ji about akaal purkh qualities?

Guru Ji replied:

thaapi-aa na jaa-ay

God cannot be comprehended or described in physical form.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji says:

Dhyaan mein na aavaie, Takhu Dhyaan Kijaaie Dhaaaieee || Dhyaan Dharo Taie Kao Mann Mein Jaiko Amitho Sabhaie Jag Shaaoo(Sri Dasam Guru Granth Sahib)

Gyani ji talks about this extremely deep pankiti from Sri Dasam Guru granth, first Guru ji said- Akaal Purkh cannot be comprehended within this mind, then Guru ji talks about how one should concentrate on him.

Gyani ji warns this may seem contradictory for some. However Guru's wisdom can never be contradictory, gyani ji talks about how in the second line Guru ji is advising his sikhs - Akaal purkh which is sam(sarab vyapakh- exist in each praticle of the creation yet non-existant), one should concentrate on his creation.

Gyani further clarifies there are two types of concentration one does.

First is concentration of an akar saroop(icon) in meditation which is not encouraged in Sikh Dharam.

Second is concentration of nirakar dhyaan which can be done knowing, contemplating that God is form of light, sound and sarab vyapakh- resides in each praticle of his creation, including one's inside, outside, realms, planets, universe.. visualizing his creation in your concentration while meditating is called concentration(dhyaan) of niraakar.

Once bhai mardana asked Guru Ji about Vahiguroo's qualities.

Guru Ji replied, just like thousands of lightning, suns get together that much energy god has but despite of God having that much energy yet God is extremely calm as if feeling being close to thousand of himalayas if one expereince his energy..one gets their soul fill with calmness and filled with bliss.

keetaa na ho-ay.

He cannot be established through parthikh upasana(desiring him through self-made pictures in our mind) or any kind of technique.

aapay aap niranjan so-ay.

He Himself is jiv roop, isher roop, shud(pure) roop. Roop means characteristic

Vahiguroo in sargun(existent) form - jiv roop, isher roop.

Vahiguroo in Nirgun(non-existent) form- shud(pure) roop.

Sikhs asked Guru Ji, please expand on this through lakh arth(deep analysis while giving characteristics of 3 roops)

Guru ji explains that there are three pads which represents three roop. Tuaang pad represents jiv(being), Tat pad represents isher roop and aaassh pad represents shud bhram roop.

Apaay

Tuang pad which is jiv(physical being) have khad vikar (6 types of vikars/desires)- 1. Birth and death. 2. Pran(vital force) causes hunger and thrist. 3. Man(mind) causes happy/sadness. Jiv consist of these 6 vikars along with result which is avidya(ignorance).

aap

Tat pad which is isher roop have six types of virtues - 1. Creating beings,deities. 2. Perserving them. 3. Destroying them. 4. Knows past, present, future events (have antarjamta) 5. Gives one fruit according to karmas 6. Control of reincarnations/rebirths of this being.

Isher roop is bhram(God) however in sargun form because when God(non existent form) had a desire(itcha) of transforming from one to countless forms. That thought is called maya. However that is pure maya. Maya has three gunas- rajo, tamo, sato gun. When an being has 100 percent pure sato gun(full of virtues), shud maya and bhram di jot-atma. When these three things get together that forms an Isher which controls the full universe.

Niranjan

Shud Bhram Roop - non-existent form of GOD.

So-aay ||

Guru ji says all three(roops) have one thing common which exist in all of them.

Jiv(being) has atma(soul) which is Sat( supreme truth), Chit ( superme consciousness), Anand (supreme transcedental bliss) saroop.

Isher roop also has atma(soul) which is Sat( supreme truth), Chit ( supreme consciousness), Anand (supreme transcedental bliss) saroop.

Shud Bhram roop is atma but since God gives nourishment to all creation is known as paratma which is Sat Chit Anand Saroop.

Guru ji further explained by giving an example of pot(being) which has water, river(isher) which is water and ocean(bhram) which is water. Out of three there is one thing common despite of outer look/big/small size and that common thing is water !!!!!!!!!!

In the above example water being Sat Chit Anand Sarooop(Vahiguroo) which reside in jiv(being), isher, shud bhram roop(non existent form).

Guru Ji says:

Those who served Him are honored and they get free of ahankar(ego) in lok/parlok (here and other world).

Gyani Ji explain how people serve him through six different ways:

1. Partakh Parman: People who serve God through his creation.:

Eho Vis Sansar Tum Dekdhai Eho Har Ka Roop hai Har Roop Nadri Ayaa ||

2. Anuman Parman: People who serve God through guess just like some atheist don't beleive in existence of God. However they do admit through their studies that there is some supernatural energy (anuman) behind the creation ie- mountains, stars, moon, sun, tree, valeys etc.

3. Upman Parman: People who serve God by glorifying him through examples like for instance- how sky is numb and God does not have numbness. God is sarab vyapak(exist everywhere).

4. Shabadapatti Parman: People who serve God by having full faith just by listening to shabad. For example- When Satguru speaks via shabad about bhram(God) then Sikhs beleive in it.

5. Arthapati Parman: People who serve God by taking an meaning out from kudrat(Creation). Kudrat Karkai Vaasaya Soii ||

6. Aaitejak Parman: People who serve God through following social norms, just by listening(sarvan) from gurbani, vedas.

Gyani ji now talks about how people with different school of thought(Nakhed Pakhwaley) tried to debunk(biddhi pakhwaley) school of thoughts that we talked about in previous tape.

They questioned partakh parman, they say via partakh parman one cannot see vahiguroo because sight senses can only see asthohol(physical) elements not subtle elements.. so we disapprove this type of thought.

Then they questioned anuman parman. How can one even guess about him? Because for one to guess one needs to compare an example that this looks like him. Akaal purkh which is sarabvyaapak and parripuran(subtle) cannot be compared...so we also disapprove this type of school of thought.

Then they went questioned Upman Parman. One cannot resemble akaal purkh fully. So they disapprove this school of thought as well.

Then they went on and questioned Arthapati Parman, one cannot take example of kudrat or any being because being is binded with 5 kosas(sheats) but atma is free from mind, body, 5 kosas, it cannot be described. so they disapproved this school of thought as well.

Gyani ji talks about how Vahiguroo is Swaye Anubhav Parman Saroop. Gyani Ji recalls an incident how people wanted to make movie of tenth Guru- Satguru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj. Some people went to take permission from sant/mahatama's(saints). One of saint got up and said - listen no one can compare or copy dasam patsah- Siri Guru Gobind Singh Ji role.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji talks about akaal purkh. How God is Swaye Anubhav Parman Saroop in Sri Dasam Guru Granth and also debunks the above six school of thoughts that biddhi pakhwaley belives in.

Anbhav Parkash Nis Din Anas ||(Jaap Sahib)

Guru Ji narrated:

naanak gaavee-ai gunee niDhaan.

O Nanak, sing the Treasure of Excellence of Lord with the sangat, through Guru.

gaavee-ai sunee-ai man rakhee-ai bhaa-o.

Sing, listen, acknowledge, act upon and contemplate with God's glory and let your mind be filled with love(parkash).

Sidhas asked Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji please tell us breifly about sarvan (listening). What is the svaroop/saroop of Sarvan?

Guru Ji replied:

There are types of sarvan svaroop

First svaraop of sarvan is the discourse one hears from their Guru or vedas/shastaras and contemplates on it.

Man Tu Jot Svaroop hai Apna Mool Paichaain ||

Purpose of first svaroop of sarvan(listening) is that it makes one have full faith that atma(our soul) is indeed an image of God.

Second Svaroop of sarvan(listening) is following sermons of Guru. Sermons have six signs.

1. Upkaram/Upsangar: means wherever one starts, ends at that point too. Gyani Ji gives example from gurbani- aad sach, jugad sach, habhi sach, nanak hosi bhi sach. Ikongkar is mangalroop. Aad poran madh poran ant poran paremshvara ||

2. Abhyaas: Repetition of one mantar, gurbani tuk. Har Ek Simar Ek Simar Ek Simar Pyare || Simaro Simar Sukh Pavaaaoo ||
