yes it's hard to think about akaal because akaal is formless but it helps a lot if you can understand the meaning of the bani or even if you don't then just let the words soak into your mind and forehead and entire body and try to become immersed in just the words.. eventually you wil start understanding things you never thought you'd feel or understand or comprehend in any way at all.. its just the beauty of sikhi and naam and guru sahib ji. Sometimes saying it aloud helps but its best to follow your inner feeling and wat you think feels right for you..

  Thanks for this. It combines the four approved sources (Guru Granth Sahib ji, Dasam Granth Sahib, Bhai Gurdas ji (both Vaar and Kabitt), and Bhai Nand Lal ji in one place. The English translation is the Sant Singh Khalsa and the Punjabi is the Principal Sahib Singh. These aren't that great, but at least they are better than some even worse ones floating around these days.
