Not all kare are made of what the person selling it tells you. It could contain impurities and what not, which could be what’s causing you the problems. Nobody wants to be allergic to anything but it happens and we have to learn to deal with it.

Folks it simply localised rusting taking place that gets deposited on ur arm as orange ring.... nothing to worry about..... take a bath and it goes away.... if it bothers you too much go for stainless steel karas that are more corrosion resistant.... and if you can get a new kara after couple of months.... thats what i do...... with time the galvanized coating wears off and than this "orange" phenomenon takes place...... so get urselves a new one after some time....
