i agree with him/her,

we can bath ourselves and brush our teeth before we go to amrit sanchar but why 2 times, i dont believe in this as well as guru ji, isn't this the hindu customs or something?

well as for me, my mother always told me this:

when ever guests come into our house, they inform us(generally) and so we tend to make it clean and purify it, the same way, guru ji tought us that we should do the same by doing naam simran and doing path as well, to keep our insides clean (soul) and this is what guru ji wants.

well these too are my views, its your inside which matters, not your outside!
