WJKK, WJKF!

Sangat Ji,

I find TV as a bad influence on me. I find it too easy to waste my time with it and also get sucked in and get bad thoughts after watching it.

WJKK, WJKF!

I personaly only watch the news or documentaries, so usualy no more than 45mins of T.V a day. T.V is full of gand and pollutes the mind. when I stopped watching tv it was amazing the amount of free time I had, this free time needs to be used to further your sikhi so practise keertan , read bani, do simran etc....
