Turban Tying Help

When I tie a regular Dastar my ears dont hurt, but when I tie a round dastar they start to hurt after an hour.

I tried coverning the ear half way, and then tried covering the whole ear but no luck. Then I didn't cover the ears at all but it didn't feel right.

Has anyone else ever had this problem, I need some tips fast.

i used to get this problem very often...it just needs a bit of getting used to...one tip i'll recommend is to wrap the larh of your dastaar which goes around your ears fairly loosely...not too loose and not too tight....also let the larh of your dastaar rest on your earlobe instead of halfway through your ear......or you could tie it tightly around your ears but loosen the larh covering your ears with a salayee after you have tied your dastaar...those tips work for me, hopefully they do for you too. :wub:

use vasaline!!!!

before you tie ur dastaar just put a little bit of vasaline on ur ears (the main parts where they hurt) and ull be fine! works for me

how long does your dastar have to be? and is it ok for it to be half the size of the actual width? (if u get what i mean) thanks

Any length you are comfortable with, and yes it ok to use half size
