they say that when you are very tired all the time (sounds like Anemia possibly), it can be that you are not having enough iron in your blood.

Iron is present in green vegetables; Spinach is a good one. the darker the green the better. Fresh Parsley (though icky tasting... can help alot to bring iron back up), brocolli etc... make sure you are getting a lot of rich green fresh vegetables.

But in general for health... the best way, is to make sure your plate is colourful. the more (natural) colours there are, the better. its about variety, and balance.

Eat more saagh with makhi de roti

Plenty of iron in that and is mmmm yummy but remember to open all door and windows of the kitchen, when making it other wise its gonna stink the whole house haha tongue.gif

wats the fastest way to make dhaal? I come home like a hungry pig and cant wait for stuff to boil n all that. im a girl but cooking aint close to me... plz post some recipes Im SICK Of pasta, noodles and junk.
