How can I stop feeling guilty about things I've done wrong, people I've hurt, times when I've been really hypocritical.....

Maybe apologise to these people you have hurt, make it up to them in some way.

Also ask Guru Ji for forgiveness, beg him for forgiveness and try not to do the same thing again. You need to Forgive yourself first that is the most important thing.

is ur guilt about things or physically done? or have to emotionally offended ppl. Just move on learn from ur mistakes, and go to those people say yo....and explain ur self and apologise (take alot of guts to do...but trust me..if it something quiet bad)..and just sit back and watch, wats happened > happened, wat going to happen will happen. And most of all with a clean heart yeah ask guru ji for forgiveness u wil always been forgiven by Guru ji.
