  1. VJKK VJKF Daas has a question and Maharaj kirpa, Waheguru's sangat can help. I have missed out on doing a lot of simran over past few days but Maharaj kirpa I have been replacing that with a lot of paath. Does this paath take the place of that simran that I haven't been doing? I've heard from many people that there is no difference but I haven't had a certain answer of no from anywhere. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Vaheguru Ji.
  2. Hey guys so I have recently started doing mool mantir and waheguru simran I have only done it for 3 days, I do it before starting paath and before going to sleep. Just yesterday and today I have heard drum like sounds after doing mool mantir for 1 - 2 minutes. Sometimes the sound is really loud and I get scared as its like hitting something softly and hitting it really hard for 2 second. I kept ignoring this sound but then I heard a high pitched flute like sound. This sound was not loud but it was noticeable. The drumming starts after doing 1-2 minutes of mool mantir and finishes after 20 seconds of doing simran. What is this sound that I am hearing? I can only hear it when doing simran, I tried to do hear this sound outside and in other rooms but I can only hear it in the room in which I do paath. I can also hear this when I am doing paath, but it isn't as loud when doing paath. Anyone has these experiences?
