  1. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Sangat Jiyo I want to start off by saying that I'm not amritdhari but I quit meeting eat cutting my hair and I started doing paath recently. I'm just curious as to what position I should be taking when doing paath. As I'm quite tall sitting for as long as I have to until I finish my paath the part we call our "moor" of our back starts hurting. It hurts to the point where I feel like sitting around and not doing anything after paath. My question is should I do whatever makes me comfortable as long as my legs are crossed? Where are my elbows supposed to be? Can I lean against the wall behind me? All help would be appreciated Sangat Ji. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
