Can Gursikhs please do vichaar on the Panj Kalishas?
These are the five causes of worry/distress. Not sure if that's the right word. Yes, I'm feeling low.
They are Avididha, Raag, Dvaikh, Asaamita and Abhinivesh.
What are they and how can we over come them? What are some practical steps?
