Before I used to cry during kirtan when I felt really moved and it was occasional. Recently everytime I listen to Gurbani and kirtan I cant stop crying. I dont even know why I am crying anymore.. and I'm not even in control of my emotions. Fellow brothers and sisters please help me.. how can I stop? None of the other forums about this topic seem to help me.
