  2. Modern-day sikhs/singhs aren't warriors, which is a shame. Most of the actual sikhs in Canada especially are soft as they come, they don't exercise, know how to fight, or stand their ground, instead they're pushovers, and I'm talking about the Sikhs who were born and raised in Canada they're either fat or really skinny with no muscle allowing them to become targets of bullying and crime, not only that they also lack confidence which is something every singh needs, as they should be brave and stand up for others. We need to start making sikh youth work out from a early age and get them on a diet, make them work out and take fighting classes, it's not even just the youth, some adults are also lacking muscle and strength. How are you expected to defend your faith and the people around you, if you aren't built to do so? They carry kirpans but can't even use them properly lol. It's kinda ironic considering how the non-sikh punjabi people (the fakes) are the ones with the "lion courage"

WJKKWJKF I need advice if somebody can help.How to remain calm in tough times, when you are all alone after losing everything and everyone.I dont feel like getting up and doing path these days.And my mind is always always thinking too much.I know we cant do anything only God has the power but I am unable to surrender so I keep on crying and remain so stressed all the time.How to eradicate this negativity and gain the strength to surrender and accept God's will.

U start off 2x a week, and yea read the book. Goes against everything but sitting next to people who go regularily I am growing faster despite seeing like a lazy khota. diet: Protein, grains are bad avoid them but don't have an unhealthy relationship with food. I'm eating some oreos or sum ish right now. At the start of losing weight I watched it watched it, but grocery stores here suck so I get 'food' (w.e) so I eat cuz I'm hungry all the time now but I wasn't before. Get .6-1+ g per kg of body weight protein per day. I recommend canadianprotein.com as you can get it in bulk the cheapest price and last time I ordered at ~10pm and got it around 2 pm the next day so less than 24hr. They in Windsor I'm in Toronto. Vitamins: Centrum forte, b100, 2x omega 3 just because I didn't use to eat veges a lot now I do, but b100 makes me feel nice. :D Cardio: I don't do it, cardio burns muscle but I got a battery bike now so I travel and pedal places but that's been not long.
